I like how convenient it is to have everything in one place. It's really easy to manage my affiliate relationships with the companies I work with. I also appreciate that it pools all the money I earn into one lump sum, rather than smaller payments from different places. Applications on PartnerStack could be improved by saving and reusing more data from previous applications. It's inconvenient to have to navigate to each specific partner to get an affiliate link; I'd prefer all affiliate links on the same page. I also want to use Discover partnerships, but I'm unable to because I need to join the partner program, and despite multiple applications, the answer is always no. When issues arise, support is hard to reach. Recently a platform glitch caused two applications to go through simultaneously, the brand approved one and denied the other, and it cancelled out the approval. I like that PartnerStack gives makes sticking to the tools I'm familiar with make more sense, as I can benefit from sharing in the rewards of sending my clients to the tools I'm most familiar with. I find PartnerStack very easy to use, and with a simple audience, I can check everything I need. It's great that they have multiple businesses in one location where I can gather all potential affiliates, sponsors, or partners together. It provides an all-inclusive location for me to check on partnerships and relationships, and incentives that each partner is offering. I think the total list of sponsors and affiliates could be better. I also think that the communication between the affiliate and PartnerStack is sometimes limited. Sometimes the actual incentive or affiliate percentage is not clear, and there is a discrepancy between PartnerStack and the affiliate. I like the great dashboard on PartnerStack for being able to access my affiliate accounts and check if things are working well. The reporting tools are great; it's super easy to see where clicks are coming from, how much revenue they generate, and any pending commissions. I use PartnerStack to join affiliate programs related to my business, Vestora, and I really appreciate how it allows me to easily find and join affiliate programs that align with my business. PartnerStack helps us increase our revenue with offerings that are beneficial to our core clients. It's honestly better than Impact because it's much simpler to use. I find the UI and CX really intuitive and easy to set up, so I don't waste time setting up the account. The dashboard is great, and I can easily see all my enrolled programs and those pending approval. I especially love the discovery feature for new programs.
