For the team here at Pineapple Express, Parsl has simplified and reduced the time spent on inventory intake and maintenance. Prior to Parsl everything was hand-counted by multiple people, which led to inventory counts that were not always 100% accurate. With Parsl and the ability to scan NFC Smart Tags, the tracking of a product from intake through to sales has become an easier and more accurate process. The Parsl team has also been excellent in assisting our company with finding Socket Mobiles which further speed up scanning inventory and allocating Smart Tags to products. The "con" to Parsl is currently that, when updates are made to the software, there are often hidden bugs that are realized during operation that sometimes cause downtime. The Parsl team is responsive through their Zendesk support tickets, so these bugs are quickly fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
