Any problem or any mistake I’ve ever made has been handled quickly. I often have them double-check my numbers before audits, and I can count on them to be on call if I’m backed into a corner and need information fast. I’ve made plenty of blunders, and they’ve always been able to talk me through them or fix them. Our rep is also proactive and pulls our Health Canada reports to check for errors before we do. **What do you dislike about GrowerIQ?** We are a micro producer and have grown a lot since joining GIQ, and we’ve seen them grow as well. They’ve optimized their system in ways that have saved us a lot of time, and they’ve added AI to help us build forms that strengthen our processes. Navigating through the platform is easy and can be use by several team members with minimal coaching. Design and Controls - Built-in controls are in place to prevent issues with the platform and maximize data reliability, especially considering the reporting requirements. Preventive controls such as limitations of access, 2 signatures review steps and process blocks are part of daily activities with the platform. The data is available in multiple form and can be organized based on preferences, enabling several possible reports. Finding addtional value adds to differentiate from the competition such as using providing GACP certified SOPs, utilizing their vast network to connect our business to others etc. Really set GrowerIQ apart from the competiton and ultimately the ongoing support from their Customer Success Managers have helped us continue the strong relationship and ongoing support for record keeping for our business. From the software side it is simple to use and decipher even if you get stuck on any of the modules. Onboarding process **What do you dislike about GrowerIQ?** Very simple user interface issues such as not being able to open new tabs from the table function. Table views can become very cluttered and are not consistent across all modules. Label design on the SW itself is not very customizeable and no function to upload your own designs with the strings from the SW. **What problems is GrowerIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us track and follow the updates on plants and provide record keeping for GACP and eventually GMP purposes. I would say the Sales function needs some work and overall holistic view of the software needs a bit of tinkering. But for what the software is in its current state it is very user friendly and intuitive. ### 13.
