Trym helps optimize yields through crop steering functionality and improve efficiency through precise environmental monitoring, customized task management, and plant analytics. Trym is currently integrated with Metrc in California, Michigan, Nevada, Oregon, and Massachusetts. Trym can also be used alongside compliance software in other states. Smarter business decisions are within reach when you have all the data at your fingertips. ## Trym Reviews ### 1. TRYM makes a cannabis cultivators life easier than it has ever been before. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Scott E. | Director of Cultivation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2024 **What do you like best about Trym?** TRYM offers amazing sensor integration that helps track and follow environmental and media data. The grow log feature is one of my favorites that I use everyday. It allows me to track certain techiques and adjustments I made to the environment to that I can utilize for figuring out why a harvest was successful or what may have gone wrong throught the process. Their costumer support is unmatched. Whenever I have had an issue I get an answer in minutes. During my sensor integration I was offered an Ag consultant I could talk to as much as I wanted to work out the kinks and go over any and every issue I was having to recieve a second opinion. The program is easy to use so my team members can perform simple metrc tasks to be sent to me to review. The task management and workflows were easy to implement and helped create a consistant workflow and SOP for daily cultivation operations. I continue to use TRYM with my consultation clients so I can check on environments and add tasks with ease while using the growlogs they create to feel like I am in the room everyday even when I am not. I don't work for TRYM either. I just LOVE TRYM! **What do you dislike about Trym?** The least helpful thing in TRYM is the measurement fuctionality. I am able to take measurements however I am not (or at least dont know how) to properly view them in an easy to read way. An example would be to measure the heights of the plants daily. What would be helpful would be to turn the measurements into a graph so not only would I get the numbers but can visualize the growth of the plants daily. While also using past data on certain cultivars to create an average growth rate so I can use that data to figure out what is happening in comparison to previous harvests. This would help me figure out what strategy to use to mimic successful harvests. A nice funtionality would also be to create metrc tags for flower and create transfers so TRYM can be a one time shop for all my cannabis cultivation needs. **What problems is Trym solving and how is that benefiting you?** TRYM is helping me empower my team to complete simple compliance tasks that take up time when I can be using that time elsewhere. It also helps my cultivation site to be consistent by creating workflows for cultivators to follow so I dont need to be directed daily cultiavtion tasks everyday. ### 2. We've been able to improve our grow from under 1.4 pounds per light of finished flower product to over 3.0 pounds of bud per light using the data. **What do you dislike about Trym?** Ability to manage post cultivation processes **What problems is Trym solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing us to get into the data of the grow we never had access to before ### 3. I'm able to cut down more than half my time on doing the flower phase change in Tyrm compare to Metrc. **What do you dislike about Trym?** Strain changes don't register on Trym, nor can we do a strain change on Trym. I do not like that when I click on the box to select a batch, it's a very tiny area. You have to actually click inside of the box to select, half the time I enter the batch information screen. I also don't like that there is not a batch waste feature. **What problems is Trym solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefits are that I can use Trym to find out total number of plants in a room when in Veg at a glance. Changing phase to flowering is a wonderful feature. From the task management abilities, to its integration to metric it saves us crucial time and money at every step. The integration to our troll master environmental controller and the data and analytics it provides are easily accessable and easy to navigate. Their customer service is also outstanding. **What do you dislike about Trym?** The downsides to trym are hard to find, if anything they need to read the fucking book ;) **What problems is Trym solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are getting our task management and analytics down and really dialing in our rooms. I think it makes the process much easier to use. I also like the interface because it is really easy to understand. **What do you dislike about Trym?** I wish the camera that you use to scan METRC tags also allowed for a photography feature on the side because that would help with plant identification in a big facility where there might be mixups. I wish that it wasn't so easy to submit harvests accidentally. That happened to me a couple of times when first using the app. **What problems is Trym solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizational problems are being solved with Trym. Also the harvesting process has become a lot easier. There are a lot of awesome ways to use the Task features to track and organize employee work as well. ### 7. Tasking allows for us to plan our whole life cycle to ensure we are reminded of important steps.
