After dealing with Clover and going to IndicaOnline, then from there to FlowHub, then from FlowHub to GrowFlow, I can say the service I've gotten from GrowFlow has been top tier. Their techs are available via chat, and 99.9% of the time, they get you sorted out quickly. The integrations directly into Weedmaps, Leafly, and ScreenClouds are SUPER helpful. **What do you dislike about GrowFlow?** So, there is that .1% of the time where you will *most likely* never find yourself. However, some occasional issues arise that take waaayyy longer to figure out than others, especially if other things are going on. For example, after an update involving Metrc, GrowFlow, and God only knows what else, we found that it broke the integration with our rewards program. This caused our checkout screens to get locked up for minutes at a time, trying to send points but not being able to. It took a little over a month to get it resolved. The positive: that's once in like, 3 years. **What problems is GrowFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having been through 3 other PoS systems, GrowFlow has helped solve the problems of reliability and near-seamless integration into 3rd party platforms. With previous software, we couldn't use certain reward programs (if any at all). We had to manually update all our Weedmaps and Leafly listings (an HOURS long process if you have a lot of products). Hell, sometimes products would disappear altogether, causing massive compliance problems with little-to-no help from their clueless techs. With GrowFlow, I haven't had that problem. ### 2. Being able to see current locations and possibly new locations is nice. One of the other things is nice is being able to have the entire list of our stock and upcoming vereses just having the store front menu. **What do you dislike about GrowFlow?** It would be nice if we could get notified about errors occurring with the customers. When they try to order lately, an error message appears. Being a buyer, they have a long list of vendors to get through, which could affect a sale from a business. If somebody was aware of the error then we could assist them directly on the back end of GrowFlow or be in contact with them. Growflow should have a message describing the error so they know if it's an error that we are having or an error through the grow flow system. The other dislike would be when you look up a group of vendors and click an order, then go back to look at the rest of that group of vendors with the same name; it clears the search history, so you have to look those vendors up again. It would be nice to go back or exit that vendor and still have the list of vendors you searched for without it resetting to the entire list of vendors. **What problems is GrowFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** When a product has sold out and a buyer is asking for a new lot, I have been able to look that product up on grow flow and inform the customer when we will have that product available again. ### 3. The customer service team is also amazing. **What do you dislike about GrowFlow?** It would be helpful if there are errors with LEAFData that GrowFlow could come up with workarounds to make the live store still usable, because at the end of the day, a sale may be lost if a customer just gets a failed to create order message. **Recommendations to others considering GrowFlow:** lots of time setting up product types and categories, but once that is set up, it is so useful. **What problems is GrowFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before the live store, we had everyone rushing our online menu at once, and overselling tons of product due to their not being a live inventory online, so growflow has helped us solve that. Also, all the analytics are super helpful in understanding trends, whats working, and whats not working. ### 4. There's nothing better than GrowFlow! I use GF as a processor only and it's amazing how I can easily manage both my toll processing clients but successfully maintain the needs of my retail clients as well. The other item that is a huge plus, the ability to reach their customer service team is the easiest out of any other platform. You actually reach a human being! **What do you dislike about GrowFlow?** Some workflow features are still not available such as CRM Management, Cost Of Goods, and more in-depth workflow features. However, since their team is so easy to reach and communicate with, they've been receptive to the feedback and have reassured me that they're working on developing these platforms. **Recommendations to others considering GrowFlow:** Don't waste time looking at any other traceability. That's all you will be doing, wasting time. **What problems is GrowFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving a series of time management issues with my team. The benefit of easy product creation is a life saver. We have the ability to create our bulk products in advance and get the orders out of the door quickly. We are also able to easily communicate our inventory/compliance details with the state through GrowFlow. Eliminating the need to use the barely functioning LEAF Data system required by the state. Also, we have been able to integrate our GrowFlow software with our Quickbooks, making our bookkeeping easy to manage and keep track of. Our production team has been able to save roughly 35 hours a week with the ability to pre-package our products and make them available sale on our GrowFlow storefront. Not only do we save the time with our ability to pre-package our products, but we have the ability to bulk print our compliance tags. ### 5. The screens are easy to read and there is no second guessing on what stage an order or plant might be in. I always know what I have ready to sell. You don't need to be a software guru to understand GF. They provide exceptional videos that walk you through a situation step by step. If you still have questions their staff is ready to jump in and help. They will hand walk you through inital set up and you never feel like you bought a system and now you are on your own. **What do you dislike about GrowFlow?** To date I haven't found anything I dislike. The team at GF take their role very seriously. They help you every step of the way. The staff empowers their customers with an easy to use system. **Recommendations to others considering GrowFlow:** If you are looking for a complete seed to sale system, that will allow you to pull reporting and stay in compliance... You have found it in GrowFlow **What problems is GrowFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** The reporting allow us to trust what we are submitting each month is accurate and eliminates any stress in end of month reporting. We are able to keep in constant contact with our customer base and provide them with flower on a timely basis. We use GF reporting to help us see our customer base and circle back with customers who haven't ordered in 30-60-90 days. ### 6. If we were a larger garden, perhaps the limit of 300 plants created at a time would slow us down. There really isn't anything better out there that we've found, especially for an industry that is still so very new.
