What do you like best about GrowFlow?

The first thing that stood out was the customer service. After dealing with Clover and going to IndicaOnline, then from there to FlowHub, then from FlowHub to GrowFlow, I can say the service I've gotten from GrowFlow has been top tier. Their techs are available via chat, and 99.9% of the time, they get you sorted out quickly. The integrations directly into Weedmaps, Leafly, and ScreenClouds are SUPER helpful. What do you dislike about GrowFlow?

So, there is that .1% of the time where you will *most likely* never find yourself. However, some occasional issues arise that take waaayyy longer to figure out than others, especially if other things are going on. For example, after an update involving Metrc, GrowFlow, and God only knows what else, we found that it broke the integration with our rewards program. This caused our checkout screens to get locked up for minutes at a time, trying to send points but not being able to. It took a little over a month to get it resolved. What do you like best about GrowFlow?

The Map is a useful feature. Being able to see current locations and possibly new locations is nice.

One of the other things is nice is being able to have the entire list of our stock and upcoming vereses just having the store front menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GrowFlow?

It would be nice if we could get notified about errors occurring with the customers. When they try to order lately, an error message appears. Being a buyer, they have a long list of vendors to get through, which could affect a sale from a business. If somebody was aware of the error then we could assist them directly on the back end of GrowFlow or be in contact with them. Growflow should have a message describing the error so they know if it's an error that we are having or an error through the grow flow system.

The other dislike would be when you look up a group of vendors and click an order, then go back to look at the rest of that group of vendors with the same name; it clears the search history, so you have to look those vendors up again. It would be nice to go back or exit that vendor and still have the list of vendors you searched for without it resetting to the entire list of vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GrowFlow?

The GrowFlow live store is the most helpful feature, which allows our customers to place their order in real-time, and see exactly what they are ordering. The customer service team is also amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GrowFlow?

It would be helpful if there are errors with LEAFData that GrowFlow could come up with workarounds to make the live store still usable, because at the end of the day, a sale may be lost if a customer just gets a failed to create order message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GrowFlow?

The ability to easily manage my inventory and navigate through areas of traceability where I'm unfamiliar. I use GF as a processor only and it's amazing how I can easily manage both my toll processing clients but successfully maintain the needs of my retail clients as well. The other item that is a huge plus, the ability to reach their customer service team is the easiest out of any other platform. You actually reach a human being! What do you dislike about GrowFlow?

Some workflow features are still not available such as CRM Management, Cost Of Goods, and more in-depth workflow features. However, since their team is so easy to reach and communicate with, they've been receptive to the feedback and have reassured me that they're working on developing these platforms. What do you like best about GrowFlow?

GF allows me to pull reports and see who my top buyers are for the month. The screens are easy to read and there is no second guessing on what stage an order or plant might be in. I always know what I have ready to sell. You don't need to be a software guru to understand GF. They provide exceptional videos that walk you through a situation step by step. If you still have questions their staff is ready to jump in and help. They will hand walk you through inital set up and you never feel like you bought a system and now you are on your own. What do you dislike about GrowFlow?

GROWFLOWS SUPPORT TEAM IS WHAT SELLS THIS SYSTEM TO ME. IT WAS A CONFUSING AND STRESSFUL WHEN WE FIRST STARTED WITH GROWFLOW, BUT WITH THE Q&A OUTREACHES AND THE INSTANT MESSAGE SUPPORT KEEP OUR BUSINESS MOVING. NOT ALL SERVICES ARE FUNCTIONAL AND WORK PROPERLY. THE RETURN SYSTEM, DEEP SYNC, AND INBOUND ORDERS DON'T WORK AT ALL. PRINTING AND LABEL MAKING ARE KLUNKY. I WISH COAS WOULD POPULATE IN WITH BATCH AUTOMATICALLY AND SHOW RESULTS CORRECTLY WHEN LOOKING AT UID AND THAT MANIFESTING WOULD SYNC CORRECTLY IN METRC.
