
The first thing that stood out was the customer service. After dealing with Clover and going to IndicaOnline, then from there to FlowHub, then from FlowHub to GrowFlow, I can say the service I've gotten from GrowFlow has been top tier. Their techs are available via chat, and 99.9% of the time, they get you sorted out quickly. The integrations directly into Weedmaps, Leafly, and ScreenClouds are SUPER helpful. So, there is that .1% of the time where you will *most likely* never find yourself. However, some occasional issues arise that take waaayyy longer to figure out than others, especially if other things are going on. For example, after an update involving Metrc, GrowFlow, and God only knows what else, we found that it broke the integration with our rewards program. This caused our checkout screens to get locked up for minutes at a time, trying to send points but not being able to. It took a little over a month to get it resolved.
