There can also be rare syncing issues, though these seldom cause significant roadblocks to our process. These minor hiccups are far outweighed by the benefits the platform provides. **What problems is Flourish Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flourish Software helps us stay organized with our inventory and daily operations, giving us a clear view of what’s on hand and what needs attention. It also allows us to track jobs being performed in the manufacturing rooms in real time, which is incredibly valuable for planning and resource allocation. Flourish Support responds within minutes and are excellent communicators. It's the kind of support you would expect from a top-tier ERP system. Their support team has helped us build some fantastic tools, giving us the insights to make well-informed decisions across all departments. **What do you dislike about Flourish Software?** I wish certain features were more customizable, such as the analytics dashboard and invoice templates. **Recommendations to others considering Flourish Software:** Be ready to collaborate. If you want to get the most out of Flourish, you'll need to work with the support team to realize your vision. Be patient, and within a couple of months, you'll be pleasantly surprised at what you can get out of it. I would not recommend this as a turnkey solution, though the turnkey version may have enhanced features since we implemented Flourish 18 months ago. **What problems is Flourish Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flourish has simplified and streamlined the cumbersome order processing procedures introduced by Metrc. Their customizable analytics has given us the ability to produce on-the-spot analysis for making critical decisions company wide. The sky is the limit. As long as you know what your looking for and are willing to communicate and collaborate with the Flourish support staff, you can make it happen with Flourish. ### 10. The customer service staff is friendly and super fast. Implementation was a breeze, the team really spent a lot of time with me and my employees. **What do you dislike about Flourish Software?** I would like more new feature training. They do a lot of cool things all of the time but sometimes adoption is hard. **What problems is Flourish Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have to worry about my COGS or compliance with METRC. These things are handled for me.
