**What do you like best about Distru?**

What stands out most about Distru is the customer support, specifically the incredible support from Paul Ortiz. Paul Ortiz has been extremely helpful every single time I reach out. No matter what time I call, Paul Ortiz picks up the phone, answers my questions thoroughly, and even creates short explainer videos to make sure I fully understand everything.

Paul Ortiz’s product knowledge is outstanding, and his level of professionalism and responsiveness is the best customer service experience I have encountered. Because of Paul Ortiz, our onboarding process and transition from another competing software to Distru has been very smooth. He made what could have been a stressful switch feel organized and manageable.

In addition to Paul Ortiz’s support, the platform itself is intuitive and easy to use. Distru is structured in a way that supports our daily operations efficiently, especially with inventory management and compliance tracking. The system has strong features without feeling overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

Like any new system, there is a learning curve when switching from another platform. Adjusting workflows and aligning past data takes some time. However, with the support of Paul Ortiz, those challenges were quickly addressed. His responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond significantly reduced any friction during implementation.

**What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distru is helping us streamline inventory management, improve accuracy, and strengthen compliance tracking. It centralizes our operational data and reduces manual processes, which saves time and minimizes errors.

Most importantly, Paul Ortiz played a major role in ensuring our transition was successful. Because of Paul Ortiz’s hands-on support, detailed explanations, and consistent follow-up, we were able to switch systems without disruption to our operations.

Overall, I highly recommend Distru and especially Paul Ortiz, to anyone looking for a reliable platform backed by exceptional customer service.

**What do you like best about Distru?**

I love how Distru makes the fulfillment process and tracking inventory and sales much easier for us and our customers. The program prevents us from having to use multiple platforms for one job and really helps cut our time in half. I absolutely love being able to contact Paul Ortiz whenever I face a problem or can't figure out the order of operations, and he has been amazing at problem solving and handling every bump we've faced. Paul's quick responses and dedication to providing great customer service really make Distru valuable to us. He cares deeply about the program and his customers, ensuring every issue is addressed, no matter the size. I am very impressed by his willingness to go beyond just collecting a paycheck—it's rare to find someone who shows such commitment to both the program and customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Distru?**

Distru has been immensely helpful in increasing efficiency in our work space, the number of capabilities the system provides is great. But what I personally love about Distru the most is the amount of support we have gotten from the company. Sean has been excellent in not only getting us set-up and online but answering and solving any further questions or issues we have had. Also the training support has been great getting a number of our new team members up to speed with Distru has been amazing. It truly shows the knowledge the company has of their own products and it gives us confidence no matter what issues we may run into that Distru will have our back from a support standpoint.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

Distru has been great for increasing efficiency in our facility overall there isnt much to dislike about it, although the one thing that comes to mind is the splits happening from the orders appearing in calendars as assemblys but other than that Distru has been great.

Distru has helped us solve a lot of non cannabis inventory issues by being able to track the quantity used during production it has also streamlined our fulfillment of orders and production planning as well.

**What do you like best about Distru?**

The customization options have been incredibly helpful in shaping Distru into the platform our team needs. The customer support, particularly from Sean Sylvia, is outstanding. Sean makes it enjoyable and straightforward to learn and understand how Distru works. When our previous E-Commerce platform suddenly increased their monthly fees tenfold during one of the busiest months in Cannabis operations, Distru provided us with a timely solution. Since we rely on this platform daily, it has truly been a lifesaver.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

Currently, there is no batch tracking cultivation module available. If such a feature were offered, we would seriously consider moving our production operations to Distru in order to take full advantage of the platform.

**What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distru is the platform that we utilize to run our Sales and Distribution business, it allows our Sales and Distribution partners to see their current inventory at our distribution hubs, all of the sales orders for their brands, gives them access to robust reporting, and an E-commerce menu. I'm not sure how we would run our Sales and Distribution business without it.

PAUL is AWESOME!!!! He has been amazing at getting us trained and set up. He is always ready and willing to answer all of our questions. No question is too small. It is a real part of why Distru works, the personalized and amazing treatment by your reps and Paul is the best. 
I also really like the seamless integration between metric and distru. How easy it is to make invoices is also a real plus.

The bulk uploader wasn't completely accurate.

It is solving a problem we had with a missing link between metric and invoicing.

**What do you like best about Distru?**

Easy to use, all-in-one cannabis manufacturing software solution. Implementation Specialist Paul Ortiz made getting up and running with Distru seamless and flawless. I've done many software migrations and this one was by far the easiest. Paul made the process easy to understand and was very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

The only thing I dislike is that we didn't start using Distru earlier.

Distru simplified our tech stack. Instead of using multiple software programs, the team now only has to use one, saving them both time and energy. Instead of data entry, they can focus on the art of creating great cannabis products.

**What do you like best about Distru?**

Distru is very intuitive and user friendly.  Batch tracking, bill of materials, sales orders, transfer manifests.  It is all in one place.  The inventory batch tracking features are awesome.  By far my personal favorite is the availability of  support.  Whether it is email, phone, chat feature within the app, or scheduling zoom meetings, this company is here to help and walk you through step by step if needed.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

I struggle with some of the simple features such as adding company contacts & driver information.  The correlation of where to properly add this so that I can select from a list in the shipments/manifests tab is important.  The fact that all of this can be tied in together is fantastic.  I just wish there was a separate area or tab under "CRM" for specifically "Contacts" or "Drivers".

**What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distru is great for Batch Tracking.  Keeping track of our harvests and each lot for each strain is crucial.  Distru handles this very well.

User interface is fantastic to work with. Peer to peer customer support with Distru agents is incredibly helpful. Paul Ortiz has been a fantastic liaison for any issues we run into on a daily basis, giving us a fix within minutes and always with a fantastic attitude.

The system is intuitive, METRC-integrated, and saves significant time across compliance, inventory, and order fulfillment workflows. The platform strikes the right balance between simplicity and power—making it easy to train staff while still supporting complex operational needs.

Distru is defiantly the best system I've had to pleasure to using. My team has used google sheets, like a hundred google sheets, for years. It just wasn't cutting it as we grew and we just needed something more streamlined and Distru was the answer. The BEST part of Distru is the people who make the company happen! Paul Ortiz and Sean Sylvia have been helping us with implementation and YALLLLLLL. They are the absolute best. Couldn't have asked for a better team of people to helpp with our transition. Thank y'all and yee haw. We use Distru everyday. Integration was as easy as slipping on a flip flop.

Distru has been so incredibly helpful in maintaining accurate inventory numbers and costs. It has saved our business valuable time. The team is so helpful in answering questions and providing step by step videos if needed. The Distru team is always happy to help and will talk through challenges on a video call as well. The Analytics page has fantastic reports that are easy analyze. There are so many different features that can be helpful depending on what your needs are. I highly recommend Distru to streamline business needs.

Distru has helped our business to see and maintain accurate and real time costs, inventory, production and sales data. This has been beneficial to us in the ever changing world of cannabis. We are easily able to find where costs are allocated. We are easily able to plan for production and to support the sales team with accurate real time data. Distru even helped create a negative costs function on the Assemblies to streamline costs adjustments. They are always willing to help with any questions or concerns.

Overall, it is very helpful and easy to use, making actions in metrc much simpler. The customer service, especially Paul, is fantastic and always available to assist.

I need a way to block distru from automatically selecting metrc package ids when the order is accepted so I can always choose my own.

Managing METRC, along with tracking non-cannabis inventory and cost of goods sold, can be quite a challenge. The process often feels complex, especially when trying to keep everything organized and compliant.

I'm still getting accustomed to navigating Distru. So far my customer support has been Stellar.
I like that distru auto populates pricing manifests on Metric, this leaves less room for input errrors
I love the look of the menus.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

I don't like that we still have to go back and forth between metrc and distru. It sometimes seems like I'm doing more work because I have to check both interact with both platforms in order to verify things and make some minor changes like dates, invoice#'s and driver info on metrc manifest.

**What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think that its a much better experience for retailers when orders can be easily processed directly from our website menus.

The most helpful part of Distru would have to be the Team!, Paul Ortiz, and Sean Sylvia have been our saviors they are so fast to get back to us and always help us with all our questions and concerns! The system has been amazing for us, it does everything we hoped it would and then some!

Manifesting, finished product counts, state compliance! Distru has so many features that are saving us so much time getting manifesting done, and getting reports pulled for on hand counts making us more efficient and accurate with our reports!

The best thing about Distru is being able to search the entire system in one field. Tracking inventroy and the function of BOMs

Unable to sync with Biotrack instanly and keep the product names attached during the sync.

Distru has been able to track all ingridents for production. This limits us running out of products. I also find it user friendly.

Solid platform once you get the hang of it.  Paul has been incredible with support.  We are a small team and Paul is always available via email, text, phone and zoom.  I know we are a pain with silly questions, and he is quick to help.

**What do you like best about Distru?**

Distru manages all inventory through its lifecycle in our fully verticalized cannabis operation, from cultivation through sales. The platform is intuitive across all modules and the Analytics reporting built on Sigma guides much of our forward-looking strategy. The customer support and product teams are incredibly responsive and willing to work on the backend to satisfy client specific requests.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

There are some limitations in accessing within the ERP modules (specifically within the Internal Transfers module and Bills of Material). These issues can generally be resolved with the additional step building pivot tables from analytics data pulls.

**What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distru satisfies our track-and-trace obligations via direct API integration and allows us to monitor global inventory, cost tracking, and demand planning.

**What do you like best about Distru?**

Distru is a great software to keep all your business and compliance related function consolidated into one place! It is easy to navigate and learn with some quick toutorials and exploration. The support team is always there when you need them, if there is ever a case that support is needed for troubleshooting or asking a question. The reporting functions and constant updates to the user interface and functionalities within the system make the product an ever grwoing and scaling product with the growth of our organizational needs. Distru is always there to work with our requests and needs to navigate the cannabis indsutry in Massaschusetts. The team at Regen loves Distru ! 🌳

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

There are some compliance hurdles and other functionalities that could be built into Distru to work like METRC in some cases. However! The team at Distru is always willing to take in customer feedback to continuously implement new functionalities through updates to fufill customer requests and desires. It is great to know that Distru is there for us on a service and developmental standpoint!

**What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking and Traceablity of our products and enhancing our overall workflow through ease of use within the database, and implementing more tracking features for our non-cannabis inventory to develop ingredient lists based upon the bill of materials that is able to be built out in Distru on a per item basis. Distru is consolidating our teams workflow into one area so that we are all on the same page more frequently and of better stature than when we did not utilize Distru. Distru allows us to gain more strategic and beneficial inights into the current state and future direction of our organziation!

**What do you like best about Distru?**

My favorite thing about Distru is easily their Chat Support feature. They always respond within minutes, and I have not served them up an issue I was having that they couldn't fix in a correspondence of just a couple messages. They also offer all around great vibes, which is appreciated on the user end. Danny and Jorge are great and are the first to come to mind. Britt, our Implementation Specialist is equally stellar. She has guided us throughout our implementation process and met with us on a weekly basis to provide a smooth path to success in our usage of Distru. She also has direct user experience with the software and has great perspective on the power of the software as a whole.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

Any issues I have with the software are Ease of Use, and are typically heard and acted on by the engineering team whenever they arise. I have very few criticisms of Distru.

**What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distru provides a more detailed and more user friendly version of Metrc, that can also be used to track costs and run reports. They data it provides is very insightful to our business as a whole, and I believe will provide vital data to the growth of our company as we scale and grow.

**What do you like best about Distru?**

Ive been using Distru for 6 months, previously coming from a different field and using other platforms for our inventory needs. Distru  has by far been the most streamline, easy-to-learn, and functional platform I have worked with. Distru works very well with Metrc, syncing quickly and saving me time, as well as the inventory updated in real time as orders are being placed. I never have to question if my counts are innacurate because I get real time inventory updates. Navigating the plaform is very straightforward, and if I have ever needed assistance with something, the customer suppose team has always been quickly responsive, and have always had a great sense of humor. They really have all the details covered on the website and app, and utitlizing all the features has made things much more efficient for not only myself but for the company.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

Not a dislike, but a simpler one-click way of seeing what order an assembly is attached to be would be a great feature. My suggestion would be if simply hovering the cursor over the Assembly # would generate a bubble with the Order #.

Distru and all its features has allowed me to avoid any inventory or order errors.

The new analytics developments of distru are unmatched. The ability to generate recurring reports is a huge help for my business. The Distru customer support team is incredible as well. They will collaborate with each other to get you answers or help you complete things AND make you a tutorial video on how to do it. I have never received customer support like this, it is what truly sets Distru apart from any other platform.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

The manual downloading of documents can be time consuming while switching in and out of invoices to accounts.

For me specifically, Distru helps track A/R and it benefits me by allowing to stay on top of my accounts.

**What do you like best about Distru?**

The Success Support team at Distru.  There are many ways to get help from the team at Distru.  Instant messaging, email, phone calls and scheduling Zoom meetings. We do see that Distru will be the platform that will take our team to the next level of data entry accuracy, combining all of our companies information into one central data base.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

All the data entry that is necessary when implementing a new software platform. 

We used to use a scanner to scan Metrc tags to create our invoices.  We haven't found a quick way to enter Metrc tags in to the sales order due to the "exact" weights that must be entered on the sales order.  Almost all of our inventory is pre packaged with Metrc tags and ready to go.  I am sure as we become more familiar with Distru the creation of sales orders will be more time efficiently created.

**What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effiency and accuracy with intake and inventory management.  Updated inventory upon receiving new products in to Distru to time efficient creation of sales orders.  Once we are all educated and become more familiar with Distru, this will decrease our buyers waiting time to  leaving our facility with their purchases.

The team has a quick response time to issues that occur. They are professinal and always walk you through the process if need be. I do enjoy the meme's they respond with as well. Also, being able to manifest the whole SO with one click is amazing.

Sometimes syncing can take a bit longer than what I expect. Not being able to adjust out multiple items at the same time. Having to go one by one is a little time consuming.

**What do you like best about Distru?**

I use Distru daily for multiple companies and licenses. I absolutely love the integrations with other platforms and in Distru you can bring them all together in one place and easily manage them. Its very easy to use and it comes with a great team of customer support that will quickly answer any question you have. If they cannot answer something, they will make it their mission to find a solution. I have set up a few Distru accounts and their crew helps make this process easy, but it is also simple enough to do on your own.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

The product menu side of things could use some improvements in order to compete more or outpace LeafLink. But for now the integration feature with LeafLink works great.

**What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation between different platforms. It will automatically change order statuses according to which step they are in using LeafLink and Metrc.

The customer service is always helpful and available. The onboarding/implementation process was streamlined. The day to day use of the software is the easiest I've used. Numerous features are available to help with production planning, inventory organiztion, and much more.

I dislike the Trym integration in Distru. This is moreso a dig on Trym as the software lacked many features that were a commonality in Distru. I feel by integrating with Trym they are recommending the software which I wouldn't recommend this software to anyone in its current condition.

2-way Metrc compliant ERP system that manages Day to Day Metrc processes, Sales, Inventory management and costs. Definitely one of the best systems I've personally used in its category. They focus on the production and distribution chain and they do it the best.

Not lying, it is a BREEZE using Distru here at Punch Media! Every department directly involved in our day-to-day processes will agree. Keeping up with our internal communication, packing and tagging orders, tracking inventory has all gotten substantially easier since switching to Distru. It's been a year since we've been using the program, and I'm still finding better ways to use all of it's features. Not to mention, most of the time I need help with any issues, the team is super quick to lend a helping hand.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

Suggested updates do take some time to see realized or applied. A live update on feature requests that are made into support tickets would be a really neat way to keep us looped in on when any of our suggested requests can be expected to come into fruition!

**What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distru makes packing & tagging orders so streamline! What used to take 30mins - 1 hour to tag and manifest an order, not including the time spent packing, is easily cut in half WITH packing time included! One of the best Metrc-integrated programs I've ever used.

Distru ALWAYS solves our issues in a timely manner. Very helpful. I wish ALL chats (for other companies) were this easy to work with. Our whole team loves asking for help, simply for the amazing GIFS yall send us. There was even a day where i needed NO help, but wanted to thank them for the Culture and the Good Laughs.

Honestly, theres nothing bad AS OF YET. lol I dont think there will ever be. But i would suggest that for future hires... to keep the same culture as the peeps yall have now.

The experience with Distru from a fulfillment standpoint has been great; it's been very hard to make a mistake with the assistance Distru provides us! Very easy to use, straightforward program, A+! The thing I like best about Distru is that they listen to any issues we have and are willing to bend things a little with their program to help us out. Another notable point is the very quick response times and customer support! Always a pleasure working things out with Distru, as they are upstanding professionals and know what they are doing.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

The only thing I haven't liked while using Distru is the lag time it has integrating or syncing with external systems, such as Metrc or LeafLink. It would be a bit more convenient if the sync time between outside systems and Distru was a bit more instantaneous.

**What problems is Distru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distru solves our daily fulfillment needs and thensome. When it comes to fulfilling orders they make it pretty much foolproof and impossible for us to make a mistake compared to using the previous method we were using. They are headed more in the right direction every day.

My favorite thing about Distru is the support team behind it.  They are super quick to resond in live chats and come with solutions in hand.  That being said, the system itself comes in at a close second as it saves countless hours of work in inventory tracking, METRC updating and producing reports from COGS to Sales Metrics and everything in between.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

My least favorite thing is that we are charged based on number of users.

Distru allows me to keep my cannabis and non cannabis inventory in one place.  It allows me to set PAR levels for all inventory and takes into account what is on the production schedule so that we can maintain the level of finished goods to support sales.

Distru, specifically Casey is helping us solve an issue or entering a product on a sales order and the package is split into two. The main package and a tiny package with leftover grams, sometimes even fractions of a gram.  
The benefit of it, is understanding Distru, its automations and how to solve upcoming data entry erros.

Not being able to register transfer only transactions directly in Distru. It would be nice to be able to put all info into Distru and have it feed to other platforms.

The user interface is great and integrates with both METRC and LeafLink.  The onboarding process was great and their customer support stays great. Local reps are a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

The software is somewhat pricey.  We're limited in the number of users we can have without additional cost.  There isn't a function for syncing testing samples or waste to METRC.

Distru is streamlined and really easy to use and navigate.  Their reporting is extensive and their team connecting functions are more robust than we need, but could grow into.

Any time that I have needed help I have been able to rech out and received help almost immidiatley. This support team is the most helpfrul and polite I have worked with and I never feel embarassed to ask questions.

The manufacturing tab is wonderful and intuitive

**What do you dislike about Distru?**

-If I open Distru on my phone or Ipad the interface is VERY difficult to use.
-The search functions are not very intuitive or helpful. Finding items can be difficult unless I search a VERY specific way.
-I wish products were purchasable from multiple vendors (instead of belonging to a vendor)
