What stands out most about Distru is the customer support, specifically the incredible support from Paul Ortiz. Paul Ortiz has been extremely helpful every single time I reach out. No matter what time I call, Paul Ortiz picks up the phone, answers my questions thoroughly, and even creates short explainer videos to make sure I fully understand everything.
Paul Ortiz’s product knowledge is outstanding, and his level of professionalism and responsiveness is the best customer service experience I have encountered. Because of Paul Ortiz, our onboarding process and transition from another competing software to Distru has been very smooth. He made what could have been a stressful switch feel organized and manageable.
