- Support quick and efficient.

Downsides:

- There are not good tools to monitor performance of communications sent to the customer.

What do you like best about parcelLab?

The aspect that I appreciated most in parcelLab is its usability. It is very easy to incorporate it with our existing e-commerce infrastructure and has improved our operations significantly. Shipment tracking is smooth which has helped improve our customer relations through quick information sharing. This is because the software offers many conveniences, including automatic notifications and comprehensive reports, to ensure the delivery of first class service. It has become easier to inform the customers on their delivery which has reduced inquiries and enhanced the satisfaction level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about parcelLab?

There is one disadvantage of using parcelLab – the service is not always instant, and may be slow in sending notifications. Sometimes we may find that shipment information is not synchronized across our systems, affecting customer support performance. Also, the process of implementation was a little cumbersome, as it took more time, and resources were a bit more than estimated. These weaknesses have led to certain frustration within our team since updates in a timely manner are important for the continuation of customer’s trust and satisfaction. Not using the correct words which describe the statuses, for example: "The item is delivered" which sometimes does not mean delivered to the customer, but that the carrier received it, so it should be changed to "Received by carrier" to help distinguish the delivered items from the non delivered Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about parcelLab?

The best aspect that I found in parcelLab is the tracking and messaging system that it provides. It offers shipment tracking information that is actually useful and real time to enable us to update our customers and make them satisfied. We link it easily to our e-commerce platform that enables auto updation and selective alert mechanisms. The flexibility of the communication templates helps in maintaining consistency our brand across the shipping process and eventually leaving a lasting impression on the clients. What do you dislike about parcelLab?

One thing I dislike about parcelLab is the occasional delay in updating tracking information. Sometimes, there are discrepancies between the actual shipment status and what is displayed in the system, which can lead to confusion among customers. Additionally, while the platform is feature-rich, the learning curve for new users can be steep, requiring significant training to fully utilize its capabilities.
