While the platform is excellent overall, the initial integration process can be time-consuming and may require support. Additionally, mastering some of the more advanced features involves a learning curve. One improvement we’d love to see is more specialized reporting—particularly downloadable reports detailing the notifications sent by courier, which would help us optimize communication strategies.
