Parcel Perform stands out for its intuitive interface and seamless adaptability to our existing systems and components. The ability to consolidate multiple courier services into a single platform simplifies international shipment management significantly. We especially value the detailed tracking statistics and the automated email notifications sent to customers, which enhance transparency and customer satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Parcel Perform?**

While the platform is excellent overall, the initial integration process can be time-consuming and may require support. Additionally, mastering some of the more advanced features involves a learning curve. One improvement we’d love to see is more specialized reporting—particularly downloadable reports detailing the notifications sent by courier, which would help us optimize communication strategies.

**What problems is Parcel Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest challenges we faced was managing multiple courier services across different platforms, which made tracking and reporting complex and time-consuming. Parcel Perform has solved this by unifying all our courier providers into a single, centralized system. This allows us to have full traceability of every shipment, regardless of the carrier, and ensures that we can monitor the status of all tracking numbers in real time. As a result, our operational efficiency has improved significantly, and we can provide better visibility and communication to our customers throughout the delivery process.

**What do you like best about Parcel Perform?**

Parcel Perform provides a platform with a superior level of detail in shipping events with various features connected. The implementation and integration did work out with the team showing a lot of energy to make it happen for us fast. 

This enables us to use the data for a variety of use cases like mail communication, Customer Service bots and detailed SLA tracking. And there a lot of opportunities in the future.

But the best part is, that Parcel Perform is really flexible in providing customized solutions very fast and with a reasonable price.

The platform itself is very easy to use. Some of our teams need to use it daily and are happy with the User Experience and the Stability.

**What do you dislike about Parcel Perform?**

Only improvement would be to be even more configurable for every parts of the service. but the team is improving features every day,

**What problems is Parcel Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need transparency on the delivery journey of our eCom shipments.
We want as much detail as possible and the flexibilty to create actions out of provided events.
We wnat to have control about that.
Parcel Perform is doing that.

After years of partnership with tracking our packages for our customers, our Parcel Perform account team noticed a potential issue. They reached out to make sure we were aware. Turns out we were not. Parcel Perform's proactive monitoring of a business critical service and heads up helped us avoid a significant production issue. It is not just a service but a partnership.

Nothing comes to mind, the service works and my account team is actively monitoring to make sure everything is going smoothly.

A single vendor/API to track packages for MANY shipping carriers. It is far more efficient than integrating with each carrier by developing and maintaining one for each.

**What do you like best about Parcel Perform?**

You can have daily tracking of your shipments and customize the reports and information you require in just a few clicks. Save a lot of manual work by having everything consolidated on the platform. The customer service is excellent in case you have any questions or need changes or modifications to rules. Your clients can easily see the status of their orders in a single link, and the sending of notifications is also very useful for the clients.

**What do you dislike about Parcel Perform?**

While it is very intuitive to use, sometimes you can have so much information that you might get lost.

**What problems is Parcel Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Parcel Perfom allowed our customers to track their orders with a single click directly on our site (business instead of different couriers). It allows you to identify the status of your shipment in real time by having updates every 30 minutes.

Our company uses Parcel Perform to update tracking information from shipping carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, Canada Post, Asendia, Purolator, and more), for our customers. 

Parcel Perform optimizes our operations by notifying us whenever there is an update from the carrier – including detailed tracking information. 

Parcel Perform offers extremely accurate and low-latency tracking updates and supports a wide range of carriers. This is exactly what our organization needed for our own clients; we are very pleased to be using ParcelPerform for this service.

We have not run into any issues with Parcel Perform.

The Parcel Perform account managers are attentive, responsive, and have close links to the technical staff to whom I as a CTO need access.  They also have a very competitively priced new carrier onboarding process and short implementation timeline.

**What do you dislike about Parcel Perform?**

In the parcel world this is a 100% fit for our small parcel use case.  In the realm of LTL-type bookings requiring multi-destination shipments, it's a more challenging fit.

Primarily we use them as an intermediary for national parcel carriers so that we don't need to develop our own integration to each individual carrier.

When setting up Parcelperform the whole Team was eager to get things rolling from the get-go and they made sure our wishes and restrictions are understood and implemented adequately. Its a fantastic track and trace solution especially for ecom. Marc and his colleagues always had an open ear and would go the extra mile to support us.

There are some limitations in the return feature but that is due to our complex return policies.

More opportunities to view reporting and metrics to measure performance and delays would be nice so we could take a time series of general performance throughout all the months we've been integrated so far.

Integrating with new carriers for tracking is costly and time consuming, so Parcel Perform frees up developer resources so we can focus on what we care most about package tracking.

Our company has been working with Parcel Perform and using their services for almost a year now. Due to the wide selection of different modules, we were able to choose a module that suits our needs. Since the connection, the Parcel Perform Team has been eager to respond to challenges and new requirements quickly and in a solution-oriented manner. Overall, I have to say that my experience has been positive.

**What do you dislike about Parcel Perform?**

Information per carrier is different, which affects the events. This means that not all triggers can be used for all carriers. New custom reports require some additional work before they work.

The reports under logistical intelligence help us to monitor our transit times and carriers. We also use the templates under the notification center tab to inform our customers about their parcels

Parcel Perform helps us to streamline customer communication across various different business units, sales channels and geographies. It has been a tremendous simplification for us to only work on delivery experience improvements in one tool only.

It's a bit more complex to integrate Parcel Perform with existing omni channel marketing and retention tools.

We have different brands, sales channels and logistics solutions around the world. We aim for a standardized delivery experience and full transparency about te expected delivery date - while using transactional emails to stay in touch with our customers.

**What do you like best about Parcel Perform?**

* Support team: I was able to get great support even before we engaged the team officially for a trial. Documentation was upto date and support team was very responsive and followed up when required.
* Product feedback: The team was very open to getting feedbacks & wish lists and considered for next product iterations. Some of our wish list items were even delivered.
* Integration: It was straight forward and did not take much time given the documentation and the trial environment.

So far, our experience has been great and don't have anything that I dislike.

**What problems is Parcel Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves package tracking for us especially with a wide coverage of different carriers around the world.
We wished there was a way to auto detect the carriers given the data we recieve were not super accurate and the product team was able to take that input and delivered an implementation for us to trial it.

* Webhooks are great. Easy to integrate with!
* The UI console is nice and easy to use.
* Attention is given when we have questions or issues to bring up.

* Lack of a external ticketing system makes it hard to see the status of ongoing issues.
* More focus on brining down delays between carrier events and PP updating us.
* Missing mappings for events is a constant issue that we have to bring up.

Parcel perform supports many carriers which is important to our business. Managing credentials and limits and the like is a hard problem.

Parcel perform offers a quick solution for seamless track & trace experience with lots of customizable features. The team can accommodate special requests to design specific features for the customers. The customer support is great!

I would not call this as a downside, but sometimes with new distribution providers the tracking events might differ from the standard and it requires some extra work to map the correct events.
