What do you like best about Owner.com?

The owner.com platform is very user-friendly and intuitive. It is easy to use, from website design and editing to email marketing. The whole platform works well.

When you need help, they quickly respond to your needs and listen to your issues.

I was nervous switching back to Owner from Toast, as they don't directly integrate, however, the team helped very quickly with the 3rd party Otter integration, and the setup went smoothly.

Now that we are back on the platform, we will start to use it several times a week to send email and SMS marketing.

For our customers, they have always said how modern and up to date our apps and website is. They love that we can be on the same level as big chains Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Owner.com?

Overall, there isn't much to dislike about the owner. One drawback is the cost. Overall, for what it is, it does come in as an expensive option. However, to keep up with today's market, their software and services are needed, so paying for it becomes worth it to stay competitive.

From the branded apps they offer, those seem to take longer than needed to set up. when you already have apps, you have to train your customers to use a new app, which can get confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Owner.com?

The website is extremely user-friendly and makes ordering food a breeze. I really appreciate the loyalty program, which lets you earn points with every order and encourages customers to return. The site is packed with plenty of photos and provides excellent information about the restaurant. Improvements in search engine optimization and the Google page are noticeable. Overall, it truly feels like a one-stop shop. The customer service is also exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Owner.com?

I wish I had access to an account manager who could assist me in boosting my sales. Since I have only been with Owner for less than a month, it's difficult to determine whether I am seeing any results so far. The monthly cost feels high, especially since I haven't noticed any improvements yet. It might be helpful if the first three months were offered for free, so new users wouldn't risk losing money during the initial period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
