**What do you like best about Overpass?**

As a growing software company, Overpass allows us to sift through sales people that have previous experience, something that is a requirement in our niche industry.

**What do you dislike about Overpass?**

Overpass does not offer much in terms of onboarding and lets the user just "run with it." The company's support is great, however the first few days of using Overpass required some self teaching.

**What problems is Overpass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overpass is streamlining how we find leads and the sales people to contact them. With Overpass we are able to kick our sales efforts into overdrive and achieve the results we want.

**What do you like best about Overpass?**

I love systems that are all-inclusive, rather than a separate platform for each task. Overpass has everything that I needed: one place for to hire sales associates,  post scripts, manage leads, and submit reports.

**What do you dislike about Overpass?**

Overpass has a monthly fee that I wish was slightly lower, but it's still pretty affordable.

**What problems is Overpass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overpass has been a great, intuitive way for my client to adjust to the current remote sales workforce. I implemented this system because it offers hiring, sales leads, conversion tracking, and feedback all in one place - and it's designed for remote workers. That makes it easy to scale up as needed, without onsite costs of onboarding and staffing.

**What do you like best about Overpass?**

The first thing that comes to my mind is that I like Customer support which is very responsive and helps solve issues quickly. This is very user-friendly, and no special training is needed.

**What do you dislike about Overpass?**

I saw no downsides or dislikes, or bad things while using this. No suggestions from my side to make it better as it is already a better product. I don't like to see any improvements also as it is perfect.

**What problems is Overpass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For any Business saving the time and money are very important factors. By Overpass, time and money are saved alot which increased the productivity when compared to earlier methods of doing business.

**What do you like best about Overpass?**

Overpass helps us not only make sure that our sales team is reaching its full potential, but also that our customer satisfaction levels are always increasing. Regarding competitors, we feel that Overpass's attentiveness to our needs as a business and the way they tailor their solution for your team is superb.

**What do you dislike about Overpass?**

While Overpass has many great qualities, one area of improvement would be the implementation of Overpass within a sales team. It can be difficult to onboard, but that is mostly attributed to our sales team implementing the software into our model and processes.

**What problems is Overpass solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overpass has helped us to reach more customers, faster, and do it while still maintaining a remote presence within our sales team. This has improved morale and productivity within our sales team, thus generating better leads, meetings, and deals.
