
When we converted to AudienceView Professional 4 years ago, I was surprised at how easy the integration was. The data conversion was seamless; the training was comprehensive and easy to follow; our team integrated AudienceView Pro into our daily operations without interruption!
As a tiny (but mighty) non-profit arts council supporting all disciplines of art, an intimate performance venue, and Membership benefits, I appreciate that AudienceView Professional is flexible in support of our varied needs - even even those that are sometimes outside the typical event-ticketing process. The customer support team is great about offering creative ideas to help us meet our objectives (such as summer camp registration).
It is important to track the development cycle of our patrons and supporters, and I appreacite that a CRM is included AND connected to our ticketing, membership, and donation history & activity.

I'm not sure I "dislike" anything in AudenceView Professional. Sometimes our needs are unique and it's unreasonable for me to expect custom design for our tiny organization. Besides, customer support is often able to help me accomplish our needs by offering creative ideas Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
