We are new to Audience View and we closed our first show with their ticketing system on April 11, 2021 but have not seen the first dime of our money. This is not acceptable we are used to receiving drops of money after each weeks performances by the following Thursday
It would be Much more helpful to speak with a Live person

Thank you. I thought it was just me. Not sure where to go with this. When it was just ovations I got weekly deposits. Now they say to reconcile your shows. The money they’ve been holding for 2 months is donations. Over $5000. I can’t get anyone by phone.
