
I really like OrbitShift's easy navigation and its ability to quickly search and filter specific client profiles through a user-friendly drop-down feature. This makes it seamless for me to focus on particular banks or insurance companies by simply typing their names, which then provides me with a comprehensive list of all their ongoing engagements and internal projects. This feature significantly enhances my workflow, as knowing what a client is currently working on is invaluable. Furthermore, I appreciate the convenience provided by OrbitShift's AI, which drafts initial emails to contacts, complete with relevant details and contact emails. This automation is quite beneficial when managing numerous engagements, as it saves me a lot of time. Overall, the ability to navigate and quickly access meaningful information about contacts and ongoing engagements is what stands out to me and makes OrbitShift a particularly valuable tool. I find the data accuracy issues on OrbitShift slightly problematic. About 2% to 3% of the contact information I've encountered appears outdated or mismatched. Sometimes, the email addresses might belong to a different organization than the one indicated, which affects the reliability of the data provided. Additionally, there's a need for better representation of email authenticity, perhaps by marking uncertain entries or notifying users of potential discrepancies.
