**What do you like best about OrbitShift?**

I really like OrbitShift's easy navigation and its ability to quickly search and filter specific client profiles through a user-friendly drop-down feature. This makes it seamless for me to focus on particular banks or insurance companies by simply typing their names, which then provides me with a comprehensive list of all their ongoing engagements and internal projects. This feature significantly enhances my workflow, as knowing what a client is currently working on is invaluable. Furthermore, I appreciate the convenience provided by OrbitShift's AI, which drafts initial emails to contacts, complete with relevant details and contact emails. This automation is quite beneficial when managing numerous engagements, as it saves me a lot of time. Overall, the ability to navigate and quickly access meaningful information about contacts and ongoing engagements is what stands out to me and makes OrbitShift a particularly valuable tool.

**What do you dislike about OrbitShift?**

I find the data accuracy issues on OrbitShift slightly problematic. About 2% to 3% of the contact information I've encountered appears outdated or mismatched. Sometimes, the email addresses might belong to a different organization than the one indicated, which affects the reliability of the data provided. Additionally, there's a need for better representation of email authenticity, perhaps by marking uncertain entries or notifying users of potential discrepancies. This would prevent reliance on possibly incorrect information, improving trust in the platform.

I use OrbitShift to efficiently reach out to contacts, leveraging AI to draft conversations and easy navigation to track engagements, saving time in banking-related networking.

**What do you like best about OrbitShift?**

I really appreciate OrbitShift's ability to consolidate everything into a single pane of glass, which means I have all the information I need in one place without having to search multiple different websites. This centralization is incredibly convenient and time-saving for my work in prospecting. Additionally, I value the email updates feature that notifies me whenever there are changes, ensuring that I am always up-to-date without needing to manually check for updates constantly. This not only helps me stay informed but assists in streamlining my workflow efficiently.

**What do you dislike about OrbitShift?**

I find it a bit complicated that I cannot select the companies as freely as I want. It would be great to have access to all the companies I want to put in my login so that I can select them as needed. This limitation presents an issue for me, as it's always a bit of trouble to manage without this feature.

At times, the information available about the accounts is outdated, which can be frustrating. Additionally, when I use the email messages, I often notice that the content is quite generic, especially when it comes to the HCL case studies that are shared.

The way it collates any viable opportunity at an account and also maps the list of executives who might be involved in the said opportunity is a very useful function that I have come to appreciate. The ability to customize and generate an outreach and send it through the platform is a feature that we appreciate and would like to take full advantage of.

The fact that it requires two weeks' notice to change our focused or priority accounts being tracked.

The insights provided are limited by the scope of publicly available data, which means they may not offer sufficient depth for more specialized or niche accounts. Additionally, there is currently no option to customize the outputs to better fit particular sales strategies.

OrbitShift does all of the digging for you. It unearths what your prospects are potentially in the market for and will give you the names of people who could be involved in that opportunity. All you have to do is login, fantastic tool!

The only downside is the limited number of accounts you can track. I would love to have the ability to login, type a company into a search bar and have the same experience I have with my current list

As a seller, I appreciate attention to detail. Orbitshift is able to bring relevant organizational initiatives and/or challenges to the surface, easily find the individuals with my prospect that I should reach out to, and automates the content based on that particular persona and initiative. Saves a lot of time!

I have not seen many downsides to the product.

I look at Orbitshift as kind of a 'sniper'. It is easy to use, and the data is kept fresh and relevant while also streamlining outbound communication.

It provides a comprehensive way to start understanding a new account, much easier than all the normal research required to start an account plan.  I use it almost daily to keep in touch with news and client changes.

There needs to be more work done on the org chart feature. I realize it's Beta, but it's still not entirely accurate.

OrbitShift is able to identify industry/client specific trends and tie that to capabilities that our company provides. It reduces the time spent in researching, planning and activation.

It took a few iterations with the OrbitShift SMEs to understand how its algorithm is pulling internal data that we provide. That said, it's figured out now.

OrbitShift has become a core part of our sales enablement toolkit. The platform is intuitive, continuously improving, and makes it easier to align our teams around shared goals and insights.

The code generator required post login each time is a little frustrating as it takes a long time to get a code. nothing crazy though!

the only issue I've faced is inaccurate information. Some information pulled is from a while ago and we have to weed out the old info manually.

Nothing to dislike. It has more positives and a great enabler

Key enabler is the customer spend toward specific areas and who are the point of contacts from procurement and the IT/Business side is a key feature which is very difficult to get.

The interface is smooth and intuitive but it did not integrate with some CRM tools.

It solved the redundancies involved in the sales process; for example OrbitShift significantly reduced the time taken between identifying an opportunity and submitting a proposal. It helped automate time-consuming tasks like research and RFP/RFI responses.
