**What do you like best about Oracle CRM On Demand?**

As someone who handles both the day-to day admin backend and uses the platform for pipeline tracking the standout feature is its absolute structural integrity. unlike a lot of the flashier, modern SaaS CRMs where you have to string together three different third-party plugins just to handle advanced data segregation, Oracle does complex, multi-tiered account hierarchies and native territory management flawlessly.

From an admin standpoint the access Management and role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) are incredibly robust I can configure highly granular field-level security to lock down sensitive data which keeps our compliance team happy.

From a user perspective it's a pure workhorse Once you actually optimize the page layout and trim the fat the inline editing inside list view and the lead-to-opportinity conversation workflows are seamless the automated workflow rules run quietly in the background which cuts down a lot of the manual data-entry friction for our reps. it doesn't try to be a social media feed it's a deeply stable system of record.

**What do you dislike about Oracle CRM On Demand?**

The platform is incredibly powerful, but that depth comes with a bit of a learning curve. because it's a robust enterprise tool rather than a lightweight app the use interface can feel a bit traditional and dense for newer team member who are used to consumer-grade software. Navigating the deep menus and sitting up custom reports requires some initial training to truly unlock its full value.
Additionally, while the desktop version is an absolute workhouse for data management, the mobile experience has room for improvement to make it just as seamless for field reps on the move. it's a system that rewards structure and dedication. it works best when you have a clear internal strategy or a dedicated administrator to help tailor the experience, rather that expecting a Plu-and -play tool.

**What problems is Oracle CRM On Demand solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to centralize our entire global sales pipeline and manage multi-region account territories. before tightening up our configurations. we had massive issues with duplicate data and visibility gaps between different reginal sales teams.
By utilizing the native territory assignment rules and setting up clean global picklists we've drastically reduced duplicate records and created a single source of truth the main benefit has been reliable forecasting management can pull pipeline reports and actually trust numbers because the required fields and data validation rules we set up prevent reps from skipping crucial data-entry steps during the opportunity lifecycle.

**What do you like best about Oracle CRM On Demand?**

As an both User and administrator for Oracle CRM On Demand, what I appreciate most is its unmatched data structural integrity and deep customization capabilities. Unlike newer, flashier SaaS CRMs that require complex third-party plugins for advanced data segregation, Oracle handles complex, multi-tiered account hierarchies and territory management natively and flawlessly.

From an administrator's standpoint, the Access Management and Role-Base Access Controls (RBAC) are incredibly robust. I can configure highly granular field-level security for our compliance and data governance standards. The built-in Analytics and Reporting engine is another massive highlight. It allows us to build complex, Historical trends reports and pre-built dashboard directly on our real-time CRM data without needing to constantly export flat files to an external BI tool.

From a user perspective, the platform is a pure workhorse. Once the layouts are optimized, the inline editing capabilities, Lead-to-Opportunity conversion workflows, and account tracking are seamless. The automated workflows rules we've configured run silently in the background, significantly reducing the manual data-entry burden on our sales reps. It doesn't try to be a social media platform; it's powerful, secure, and deeply reliable system of record that drives our daily pipeline management.

Seamless Oracle Ecosystem Integration: The platform integrates effortlessly with other Oracle enterprise applications like Oracle ERP cloud, HCM cloud, and Business Intelligence. This creates a unified data ecosystem, eliminating manual data entry and enabling real-time information flow across departments.

The legacy look-and-feel can feel somewhat rigid compared to newer, hyper-modern SaaS platforms, occasionally resulting in a steeper onboarding curve for teams requiring a highly intuitive UX.

Total Cost of Ownership (TCO): 

Given Oracle's robust enterprise pricing frameworks, it is a significant financial investment, making it less optimal for small businesses or non-profit structures.

Mobile Responsiveness:

Though field-sales capabilities are present, mobile synchronization and interface speed have room for optimization compared to the desktop layout.

Oracle CRM On Demand helped our team solve several operational and customer management challenges that were becoming difficult to manage through spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected systems. Before implementing the platform, sales tracking, customer follow-ups, and reporting were inconsistent across departments, which made it harder to maintain visibility into opportunities and customer interactions.

Ths best things about Oracle CRM on Demand is its easy to learn and use. This Cloud application can be accessed from anywhere. There is no pain of taking care of servers for the maintenance of application for the developers.

The thing which I dislike about Oracle CRM on Demand is that there are several limitations when we customize the application. It cannot be customized to the same large extent as we can do customization with Oracle Siebel.

So the major thing I like about Oracale is that is gives a 360 degree view of all the interaction with the coustomersand also consolidates the data which improves customer service . Then its a user friendly software which is design make it easy for teams to adopt and navigate the platform, boosting user engagement because of this it also gives the flexiblityand customization acc to our business needs which is ease in implementation
The best thing is it ensures a high level of reliability, security, and data protection.

its not to dislike but a consideration on the cost as the cost is quite recultant for small business and also as it has a comprehensive nature of the platform it sometimes require initial training for some users.

Aside from that you can also ensure the data security of your clients and the organization. It's a cloud based suite having a strong DBMS monitored by their Oracle backend support (DBA's).

What I don't like is the price itself since the said tool is expensive, you can get the awesome features of the tool when it come to CRM needs but the price is not quite budget friendly.
