I like the interface itself and it shows most of the customer details that I want specially the pipeline analysis. Aside from that you can also ensure the data security of your clients and the organization. It's a cloud based suite having a strong DBMS monitored by their Oracle backend support (DBA's). What I don't like is the price itself since the said tool is expensive, you can get the awesome features of the tool when it come to CRM needs but the price is not quite budget friendly.
