The main limitation is report design customisation. While the data, insights and automation capabilities are excellent, the visual and branding flexibility of reports is fairly limited. This makes it harder to fully customise reports for different clients or present insights in a more polished, brand aligned format, especially when compared to dedicated reporting tools.
