Downloading lists and then importing them in the email platform can be extremely time consuming and it can increase the likelyhood of human error. With Optimove we were able to set up various automated and highly personalised campaigns and customer journeys, recurring daily, weekly or monthly. In addition, Optimove has a great customer data section which can be used to explore different segmentation options, compare groups or check customer migrations between the various lifecycle segments at a certain moment in time. All customer attributes available in the system are exportable, which comes in very handy in cases where we need bespoke reports. ### 19. Why? Few factors: (Technicaly) Any integrations are effortless and well described, even these with your internal tools. You can adjust it to your needs, clients, or just for your comfort. New ideas are often implemented, Optimove team are doing their best to make their customers life easier and take in considerations customers need (it's not so popular unfortunatlly). (CRM) In the case of attributions, segmentations - well, anything is possible. It's a powerfull tool that gives a lot of possibilites and shows all data in really transparent way. Also they adjust whole platform for you customer model, what makes CRM work better. In my company Optimove become the hear of any work with client - marketing strategy are based on this tool capabilities. (Working with Optimove's employees) To be honest - I've never been left without answer, even if questions was not so smart. Customer Service is really quick. Customer Success Managers are like you friend - guieding you through any new stuff (or old if you forget how to use it). Also, sometimes it takes a long time to implement some changes from Optimove side - their BI team is extremly busy I guess. Like with any other tools - bugs happend, mistakes happend. It uses a very clever algorithm of segmenting customers based on their behaviour, which allows us to send the right offer to the right group of customers, increasing the pick-up rate. Optimove provides easy to read and transparent analytics, which allow us to check the performance of each campaign separately as well as compare target groups and and analyse customers' migration. Our account managers are always helpful, they systematically provide team training and assist us in resolving issues. **What do you dislike about Optimove?** You can't delete an action if you have used it once. We end up having a huge list of actions which are no longer used, but take up the space. It auto-archives unused target groups, however we often need to reuse them again, and it creates issues finding them in the archive folder and move them back to the active folder. **Recommendations to others considering Optimove:** Optimove is great for automated streams as well as one-off campaigns, the set up is quite straight forward and the result in KPI's is visible relatively soon. Before we adopted Optimove, our developers would need to configure promotions every time we wanted to run them, but now with Optimove and it's in-app inbox channel, we can configure templates once and easily rerun them with little more than a push of a button. Not only that, its Marketing Plan is incredibly useful to get an overview of all our activities and schedule new campaigns and its Target Group creation tool is the best I've ever used.
