What do you like best about Optimove?

I like how easy it is to visualize campaign results and quickly create different types of visualizations to gain precise and valuable insights from all marketing campaigns. Additionally, I appreciate the ease of creating personalized content using content tags and attributes. I also enjoy how simple it is to create control groups for my campaigns and the automated analysis that Optimove provides, automatically connecting the marketing action to predefined KPIs. What do you dislike about Optimove?

I think there could be an option to cancel a scheduled send when there’s a considerable timeframe before the email is delivered. Currently, it’s only possible to delete the occurrence, but the email is sent anyway. I also believe that the "Planning" view within Mission Control is confusing and not very user-friendly; perhaps a separate area to view the complete schedule of sends for a specific period could be implemented. Additionally, I think the Deliverability Metrics could provide recommendations and tips to improve deliverability for specific ISPs with lower rates. In the same area, a more detailed view by ISP, with filters for device used or operating system, could also be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optimove?

What I dislike about Optimove is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming for new users due to its many advanced features and complex workflows. The learning curve can be steep, especially for those without prior experience in similar platforms. What do you like best about Optimove?

I like the simplicity of the entire process of setting up a campaign or running a whole marketing plan until the easy way to evaluate our campaigns or/and explore, learn, get insights through extra analytics.

What do you dislike about Optimove?

When we deep dive, in order to target a small but perfect group for a campaign, we need to select several criteria, keeping in mind the complex selection of those criteria as well as the priority of the group in order to achieve it. We have noticed an improvement but we need an upgrade in this field. Also, we need to go forward to real time campaigns (at the time data refresh is once per day). Also, it will be really hard to update (with extra or/and different parameters) a running model in Optimove. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One important thing to note is that Optimove offers real time, live data collection and campaign execution via our Track and Trigger module. You can collect various web and mobile app activity events, as well as trigger real time campaigns (pop-ups, email, etc.) using this data.

What do you like best about Optimove?

The fact we can set up a campaign days, or weeks in advance and let it run once, or repeatedly has decreased our workload dramatically to focus on other things. Previously we had to pull our segments manually from our own database, upload them into our previous ESP and then schedule the email. Optimove allows us to do all this in one convenient place. What do you dislike about Optimove?

The ability to see who exactly is excluded from the campaign sends during the scheduling process. It gives you a number of people expected to be excluded but these could be for a variety of reasons which sometimes isn't easy to find out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Optimove?

As per the title, there's a reason so much of the iGaming industry uses Optimove as their CRM platform of choice. If you feed the data in to it, Optimove's system can offer a world class granular, segmentation recommendation. This enables you to offer automated, heavily personalised customer communications across a full multi-channel offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optimove?

My biggest gripe about Optimove is the over reliance on "Uplift" for reporting purposes. Whilst I agree that using a comparative performance calculation against a Control group is a good way of measuring how a campaign performs, sometimes it is important to easily see the raw data for a campaign.

For example, if you're running 20 granular campaigns targeting 1-time-depositors, it would be good to easily export total deposit amounts across all campaigns over a set period. At present you can see the depositor count and uplift per campaign, but to get total deposits, you'll need to manually access and count each campaign. An infuriation, but a small one compared to the automation on offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
