What do you like best about OptimoRoute?

It makes the most optimized routes (pun intended) versus any other routing software I have tried yet. Also if a property is put in the wrong place I can move it and it saves the new location indefinitely. Lastly the ability to track our drivers location is invaluable in our industry, as it helps us to know when orders are being completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm going to have to say the price, it comes in at double or more than most other routing softwares, but I haven't found anything else as good as it so I'm sticking with tried and true. Anytime I have tried a cheaper routing software it's just as optimized, and time is money, so the lost time and money in inefficient routes keeps me going back to Optimoroute. What problems is OptimoRoute solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem solved is knowing when and where our inspectors are throughout the day and their route. If I haven't heard back from an inspector and I don't see them on route then I know I need to get that work reassigned and I can do that early and reliably since I have confirmation from Optimoroute regarding where they are or aren't. What do you like best about OptimoRoute?

I really like OptimoRoute for its GPS navigation features, which enhance the routing process significantly. The navigation option is a crucial tool that helps streamline the operations, making it much easier to manage and follow the routes effectively. In tandem with the navigation capabilities, I also find the closeout option extremely beneficial. This functionality allows me to reflect on my routes and see exactly where my drivers are, ensuring that everything is running smoothly and efficiently. Moreover, OptimoRoute supports my workflow in snowplowing operations by enabling efficient driver routing, which helps maintain order. The ease of setup is a bonus, even though there was a bit of initial confusion; the customer support provided by OptimoRoute is excellent, helping me resolve any issues seamlessly. Overall, these features together make OptimoRoute an invaluable tool for my operations, and I am fully satisfied with its performance, to the point that I see no need for any improvements. The ability to input every order in my queue into OptimoRoute so that I can see a month in advance what my inspector's schedule looks like and where new orders can fit in. I find OptimoRoute extremely beneficial for organizing my logistics operations. The most impressive feature is the route optimization, which allows me to assign routes to my drivers and track the paths they are going to follow. I can see the paths they take and compare them to the optimized ones suggested by the app, which is incredibly useful for ensuring efficiency. Additionally, the platform's ability to schedule different drivers on different days and its comprehensive capabilities—like organizing collections and notifying clients—all within a single platform is invaluable. The initial setup was extremely easy thanks to a supportive team that made the transition seamless. Our middle tier is more cost-effective than most of the platforms out there and provides many features included that others charge as add-ons. We continue to add new dashboards and reports to the analytics based on feedback from our customers. Our real-time tracking is used as the primary tracking mechanism for most of our customers to track their drivers and vehicles.
