I like that OptimoRoute is efficient and helps me plan my day, eliminating the need to individually input addresses into Google Maps or Apple Maps. I appreciate being able to take my list directly from our integrated software like HubSpot and use it to create my daily route for visiting customers. I wish there was a record or a listing of past routes that I could bring up easily as part of OptimoRoute, so that I wouldn't have to go back into my files to bring that out. I think Optimo does a great job at creating routes for my staff. It is way more efficient than anything I could do on my own. I use Optimo every day and it's essential to our business. The option of being able to balance the order and having the option of adjusting the percentage of the balancing is great. Extremely user friendly once you get the hang of it. We continue to add new dashboards and reports to the analytics based on feedback from our customers. I like the simplicity of importing properly formatted CSVs into a route quickly. It's also priced competitively depending on what kind of business you run and what industry you are obtaining SaaS software in.
