Stakeholders are able to easily fill out pre-designed briefs at the beginning of a project, attach any requirements or content, and our demand gen team can ask questions, ask for additional documentation and can then accept a project and kick it off. The only downside to using NewsCred is getting other team members on board with the change. Unlike many other vendors I've worked with, though, NewsCred really invests the time to make this change as painless as possible. Their account management and customer service teams are excellent! They anticipated every issue we might encounter in getting stakeholders acclimated with the new process, and they were ready to provide solutions and training to increase user adoption. Overall, the team at NewsCred brought their A-game. Implementation was made as easy as possible from the NewsCred team. They listened and worked hand in hand with our developers when minor issues arose and fixed them creatively. Platform is intuitive, user-friendly and easy to use.
