# Who do port managers trust most for terminal operating systems (TOS), based on user reviews?

Navis Terminal Operating System (4.5 stars, 19 reviews) earns trust specifically through its implementation and support experience. One long-time customer described the team as methodical and punctual in handling a full project rollout, while another highlighted years of productive support even through a broken inventory system that needed extensive tweaking to get right. A few reviews do note that post-acquisition support and community engagement have room to improve.

And has anyone experienced a service dip after an acquisition the way one Navis reviewer described?

In a TOS rollout, domain knowledge probably matters most when the standard workflow breaks. A vendor that understands berth planning, yard operations, and inventory movement can diagnose operational edge cases much faster than one that only knows the software.
