**What do you like best about OptiKPI?**

What I like most about OptiKPI is how easy it is to send messages and connect with customers. The platform is simple to use, even for someone new. I can send SMS or push notifications in just a few clicks, and the results are easy to see. It helps save time and improves the way we talk to customers.

**What do you dislike about OptiKPI?**

Sometimes the dashboard can take a little time to load, and there could be more options for customizing reports. Also, more help tips inside the platform would be nice for beginners. But overall, it still works well.

**What problems is OptiKPI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OptiKPI helps me solve the problem of staying in touch with customers quickly and in a smart way. Instead of sending messages one by one, I can send them all at once with better tracking. It helps me save time and also gives better results in customer response. It’s also helping me promote webinars by sending reminders to people at the right time.
