So far, we have loved the usability of the web and mobile platforms. I have received great feedback from the managers who have been set up with the app on its ability to capture key information in real time. The support we have received during set up as also been fantastic.

**What do you like best about Ocasta?**

What I like best about Ocasta Review is its user-friendly interface, which allows for instant reviews and reporting. This focus on improving customer service has been a game-changer for our team. It's efficient, effective, and truly enhances our workflow. Additionally, it provides reliable reports with date, time, and location-stamped photos, ensuring accuracy and accountability in our observations.

Moreover, Ocasta Review is easy to implement. At OK, we had 70 branches when we started rolling out the app. It was straightforward to deploy in phases, starting with the Head Office staff and eventually including all branch staff.

Users find the app highly engaging and interesting, resulting in consistently high user engagement.Its accessibility at any given time means that reviewers can perform their evaluations whenever they visit the branches and instantly share reports with their superiors. The 24/7 customer support is exceptional, and the consultant consistently meets the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

**What do you dislike about Ocasta?**

While I find all the features of Ocasta Review highly beneficial, one possible downside the need for consistent access to a reliable internet connection  which is crucial to fully utilize its real-time capabilities, which might pose challenges in areas with poor connectivity.

**What problems is Ocasta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabling the seamless sharing of reports in PDF format after users complete their reviews.

Ensuring the app is functional after it is whitelisted within a Local Area Network, allowing for smooth and secure access.

It's ease of use, the ability to configure our instance of Engage for our Field teams

We are fairly new so there's nothing we've encountered that we're unhappy about

The previous Comms Platform solution for our Field teams was Workplace which was providing a solid level of employee engagement but was not fit for purpose for communications. 
The move to Engage for our Field allows us to deliver against our communications strategy and provides extra value alongside Ocasta's Review App.

**What do you like best about Ocasta?**

Ocasta Engage has been utilised across multiple areas of the business. The look and feel is simple and intuitive whilst still maintaining a high quality design. As a result, the product requires minimal training.

Engage is an effective communication tool that is used daily to help to drive employee engagement, improve knowledge and efficiently operate.

The team at Ocasta are very helpful and supportive. They listen to our needs and react, which is exactly what we need.

If you're looking for a high quality product to support you and your team in your workplace, then Engage is the answer! As well as investing in a great product, you'll also get a friendly, supportive team that will strive to do their best for you at all times.

With Ocasta Engage we are able to gather every bit of information we need available to our staff in one centralised space. We can use it to communicate to our staff. This enables us to drive employee engagement, improve knowledge, increase speed to competency and efficiently operate.

**What do you like best about Ocasta?**

Oplift is a customizable app suite and web portal application that covers employee engagement and communication, reporting and audit controls, e-learning, ePOS, and staff observations.  All these elements are key operational requirements for our business so having this all within a single platform improves both administration but also control.  Additionally, having all these key components designed and built with the same company gives all our end users a consistent look and feel across all app touch points. This has helped us improve user confidence and speed to competency.

**What do you dislike about Ocasta?**

It is very difficult to find any fault with the Oplift suite of apps, my only dislike is that there aren't more apps covering other elements of our business.

**Recommendations to others considering Ocasta:**

Talk to the team behind Oplift, they are very knowledge and approachable, and will do their very best to find how Oplift can benefit your business.

**What problems is Ocasta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially Oplift was introduced solely to solve an ePOS problem replacing a system no longer fit for purpose.  After using this app for some time and realizing the benefits of improved security, reporting and customization the additional engagement and e-learning platforms were introduced.  These elements immediately solved issues with staff engagement by creating a flexible platform to share communication and staff content.  The e-Learning platform was able to identify knowledge gaps across the employee population allowing for targeted learning action plans.  Beyond this auditing and review capabilities were introduced to reduce reliance on paper-based process and create a centralized reporting suite giving business insight and analysis, something that was unachievable with paper based processes.

The ease of the search functions, it's so simple to find old and new articles and business updates.

**What do you dislike about Ocasta?**

I can't locate archived documents for things that you don't need often, but will from time to time need to look back.

The ability to send employee recognition whilst out on the road is invaluable. Our old system was web based, so only got used when on a laptop but so much of our business is conducted on a phone now.

**What do you like best about Ocasta?**

Being able to access the app on the move.  Really good and intuituve and helps cascading key messages.   Easy to send recogntion as well which makes a massove difference.

**What do you dislike about Ocasta?**

Can sometimes have a few glitches when i use on macbook - not major but could be improved but customer support is also really good.

**What problems is Ocasta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee engagement is key so really good to use this platform to celebrate success.  
Employee communications - users can log in when at work and use it.  Good to promote worklife balance and also send on the spot recogniton.

The ability to communicate effectively to a whole stores estate. To be able to share media in a host of different formats and a user interface that is intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Ocasta?**

There are some issues when scheduling comms close to the publication times. For reactive comms which are frequently required, which are written and published within 20 minutes of each other, the schedule sometimes misses, causing the comms not to go out

Ability to communicate with media to a full retail estate, something our previous provider couldn't offer 

A more rich suite of communications and formatting options, flexibility of functionality

Ability to keep up to date with business updates in a simple, well-structured format

Would like the ability to pin or save messages that appear in a seperate section. Tapping on notifications to open the app frequently cause errors (app freezes or latest story does not show). No notification if an old story is updated.

Ease of use and visually engaging. As an admin user it's I find it straightforward and easy to learn and navigate.

It seems to take a long time to add new features we may need/want and several meetings and calls with Ocasta in order to do so.

It gives us a means to communicate important information with a wide population of people and track the volume of readers.

**What do you like best about Ocasta?**

The Engage platform is innovative and well thought out, providing a great experience for users. Publishing articles is a seamless experience and I love the fact that users can interact using emojis and comments. I also love that the tool can be personalised with things like banners, making it unique to our company and priorities and making important information stand out. 

A big hit with our users is the recognition element as it's easy to use and perfect for recognising great behaviours instantly. Being able to add rewards to this is something that has been a huge benefit to our team and greatly received by users. Given the current climate, being recognised and being able to convert a reward into vouchers of your choice in seconds is unmatchable in my opinion. 

When it comes to the team at Ocasta, requests are always fulfilled in a timeley manner, with super fast email responses and regular updates provided.

**What do you dislike about Ocasta?**

I'm yet to find a dislike. On the rare occasion that a request may not be possible, the team are always thinking of alternatives and how we can make things achieveable.

**What problems is Ocasta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we were having to use vouchers for recognition which takes time ordering and can also be costly in fees. We also had a system in place where regional managers would message us with people they wanted to recognise throughout the month which was admin heavy and time consuming. By having the function to add rewards to recognition, and nominate users who are able to directly handout these rewards, it's greatly improved both the experience for users and us as a team and these elements don't consume quite as much time.

It's back end functionality is second to none and so easy to use.

Data that comes out of the back end in terms of CSV has caused issues in terms of our reporting but this is being addresed

**What do you like best about Ocasta?**

Ever since the initial meeting with Ocasta, we felt that Engage would be the right communications platform for our team. Easy to upload content, reliable and easy to use. It has a simple design and layout for our end-users. We have required additional development and working with Ocasta to get this completed has been seamless.

**What do you dislike about Ocasta?**

The initial version of Engage we purchased was fairly limited on how we could set up the dashboard our end-users see. With the release of E3, we have had a lot more configuration options.

**What problems is Ocasta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a need for a communications platform and the idea to bring reward and recognition into our remit. We achieved both with Engage.

Sometimes as a business we need a wider overview of reporting. I would say this has been the only opportunity however Ocasta have listened to our needs and are working hard to accomodate them.

**What do you like best about Ocasta?**

This app was introduced to help us increase the engagement of new team members when at pre and onboarding stage. 
It's really easy to navigate and allows us to break down the key components into little tiles.
It's clean and fresh in its look, and easily imbeds our links and content for viewing.
I like the option to leave comments - it's really given us insights into what new starters are thinking and feeling.
The data that we get - in the moments hits, usage by section - has really helped in identifying where we need to make adaptions to ensure the right content is available.

**What do you dislike about Ocasta?**

Getting used to the steps to downloading it for IOS and Android.

**What problems is Ocasta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engagement of new starters. This is available to them at point of accepting contract, so were able to reduce anxiety and fear of their first day, and help answer questions they have before they join us.

**What do you like best about Ocasta?**

It is much easier to connect and communicate with other  team members remotely. Working from home or from office it still makes life easy!

**What do you dislike about Ocasta?**

Using it in mac is quite difficult. Technical aspect of it with navigation can be challenging. Compatibility with windows is great!

**Recommendations to others considering Ocasta:**

Great tool to interact and easy process. It is cheap and user friendly.

We are able to do more projects and keep track of goals as a team. Also there is support 24/7 which makes it much easier to get help.

Instant access to training material especially while a new starter is getting used to our retail systems that works like a guided companion

Not having an auto logout feature as have noticed working within a team other user can be logged in when using a shared iPad.

Training needs realised and much more efficient than physical paper training records.

**What do you like best about Ocasta?**

Easy access to all the information you need on a daily basis. The architecture is developed to be able to handle a wide range of applications and front-end platforms with flexibility. this is a great tool to keep staff busy with what needs to be done in a magazine as a format similar to the news applications available in iOS and Android. It combines a high quality design and usability so that you get the complete package without compromise. the platform is clear and concise making the loading of information simple.

**What do you dislike about Ocasta?**

I don't have any complaints about this software, in the time i used it it served me well.

**Recommendations to others considering Ocasta:**

I recommend using it regularly to access information and update content.

Because it is very easy to use and navigate.it is very easy to accomplish all tasks, it is very compatible with other programs and applications that exist today.

**What do you like best about Ocasta?**

Eveything our staff need is housed in one place, improving employee engagement and efficiency within the business which in turn, imporves customer experience. The simplicity of the app both front and back end is just what we needed to ensure buy in from those using it and the various functions within the app gives it the edge.

**What do you dislike about Ocasta?**

None. As the review title says, it's perfect.

**What problems is Ocasta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal communications have improved significantly, as well as staff speed to competence and reduction in customer handling times. Out front line staff have all the tools they need at their finger tips, whether they use the desktop version of Oplift, tablet or mobile. We’re able to provide in the moment feedback on staff performance and reward them with digital trophies rewarding and recognising staff (at no expense!) to operational checklists and induction courses. It’s literally an all incompassing tool that would be perfect for any business.

Very user friendly and easy to navigate around. I love the look and feel, it's very fitting with other software and applications out there today

**What do you dislike about Ocasta?**

One thing I'd prefer is for the app icon to be personalised to the customer as opposed to showing as Oplift for all users. I understand the reasons why this can't always be possible with multiple customer types all using the same platform
