"Not sure of your question but Oplift is probably the answer!’"

What do you like best?

The Oplift platform supports a range of apps that are utilised across our business. The look and feel is simple and intuitive whilst still maintaining a high quality design. As a result, the product requires minimal training.

The suite of apps we use has helped to drive employee engagement, improve knowledge and efficiently operate.

The team are very helpful and supportive. They listen to our needs and react, which is exactly what we need.

If you're looking for a high quality product to support you and your team in your workplace, then Oplift is the answer! As well as investing in a great product, you'll also get a friendly, supportive team that will strive to do their best for you at all times.

What do you dislike?

I do not have any negative comments to add.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With Oplift Engage we are able to gather every bit of information we need available to our staff in one centralised space. We can use it to communicate to our staff. This enables us to drive employ engagement, improve knowledge, increase speed to competency and efficiently operate. With Oplift Review, for the first time ever we are able to digitalise data. Not only is this a huge time saving exercise for each stakeholder but the data we can collect and have readily available to us, provides a huge insight in to our business that we've never had before! It can be a very powerful tool if used in the right way!

"A fantastic App suite that really meets our business needs."

What do you like best?

Oplift is a customizable app suite and web portal application that covers employee engagement and communication, reporting and audit controls, e-learning, ePOS, and staff observations. All these elements are key operational requirements for our business so having this all within a single platform improves both administration but also control. Additionally, having all these key components designed and built with the same company gives all our end users a consistent look and feel across all app touch points. This has helped us improve user confidence and speed to competency.

What do you dislike?

It is very difficult to find any fault with the Oplift suite of apps, my only dislike is that there aren't more apps covering other elements of our business.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Talk to the team behind Oplift, they are very knowledge and approachable, and will do their very best to find how Oplift can benefit your business.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Initially Oplift was introduced solely to solve an ePOS problem replacing a system no longer fit for purpose. After using this app for some time and realizing the benefits of improved security, reporting and customization the additional engagement and e-learning platforms were introduced. These elements immediately solved issues with staff engagement by creating a flexible platform to share communication and staff content. The e-Learning platform was able to identify knowledge gaps across the employee population allowing for targeted learning action plans. Beyond this auditing and review capabilities were introduced to reduce reliance on paper-based process and create a centralized reporting suite giving business insight and analysis, something that was unachievable with paper based processes.

"Perfect tool for any business"

What do you like best?

Eveything our staff need is housed in one place, improving employee engagement and efficiency within the business which in turn, imporves customer experience. The simplicity of the app both front and back end is just what we needed to ensure buy in from those using it and the various functions within the app gives it the edge.

What do you dislike?

None. As the review title says, it's perfect.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Internal communications have improved significantly, as well as staff speed to competence and reduction in customer handling times. Out front line staff have all the tools they need at their finger tips, whether they use the desktop version of Oplift, tablet or mobile. We’re able to provide in the moment feedback on staff performance and reward them with digital trophies rewarding and recognising staff (at no expense!) to operational checklists and induction courses. It’s literally an all incompassing tool that would be perfect for any business.

"Brilliant software, easy to use and modern look"

What do you like best?

Very user friendly and easy to navigate around. I love the look and feel, it's very fitting with other software and applications out there today

What do you dislike?

One thing I'd prefer is for the app icon to be personalised to the customer as opposed to showing as Oplift for all users. I understand the reasons why this can't always be possible with multiple customer types all using the same platform

"Adaptable platform"

What do you like best?

Great platform which we at Virgin Media have used to great success; both in employee engagement and Head Office use.

What do you dislike?

Nothing thus far,. Is to use and adapt to great use

Staff engagement and reporting. Both areas are in a much better place.
