I like to use Fringe for travel, particularly hotel and airline travel, and even Amtrak train travel. I use it a bit for shopping and a lot for dog sitting. I love that my employers provide Fringe, and I don't have to do anything extra for it. Once I want to redeem Fringe points, I can get the coupon or redemption code very quickly. I think it would be cool if we could have custom amounts of how much we wanted to do on Fringe. I've done small things instead of if I didn't have the full 250 points to get to the next layer, but I had one odd number of points depending on the vendor. That's my only thing. Our employees have really enjoyed all the options they can choose from for employee rewards. They offer some really interesting things that employees save their points for. We have received feedback that they always remember what they bought with their Fringe points, but did not use their Amazon gift cards (given in the past prior to Fringe) for anything special or memorable most of the time. Our employees have also enjoyed recognizing each other by gifting each other points for helping them with something at work or just being a good coworker. Customer service at Fringe is super fast and our personal contact at Fringe is extremely responsive if any issues at all come up. I wish there were more exercise videos available, as watching and following along with videos is very helpful for understanding how to perform exercises correctly. I really wish there was a list of all offers provided in like an A-Z by company name. I just found the movie one and now I just go right to it each time as I saw nothing else that was really for me. Seeq is the first company I've worked at where they offer Fringe points and it has been amazing! We are able to win Fringe points for contests, doing a great job, and send some to our colleagues to show them we appreciate them! My company has been using Fringe for the past 3 years and it has been a great tool for passing out awards to coworkers. Fringe has so many partners that you can apply the points to - to get a discount to what you would normally pau full price. I have been using it to pay for my Spotify premium and i love it. I love how Fringe makes my benefits more accessible and personal. I use it for fun gifts and experiences, as well as for health and wellness or meal prep. I really like the fun options they provide and the rotating free benefits like the free Dashpass and a month of Classpass, which were great additional offerings.
