It's efficient, effective, and truly enhances our workflow. Additionally, it provides reliable reports with date, time, and location-stamped photos, ensuring accuracy and accountability in our observations.
Moreover, Ocasta Review is easy to implement. At OK, we had 70 branches when we started rolling out the app. It was straightforward to deploy in phases, starting with the Head Office staff and eventually including all branch staff.
Users find the app highly engaging and interesting, resulting in consistently high user engagement.Its accessibility at any given time means that reviewers can perform their evaluations whenever they visit the branches and instantly share reports with their superiors.
