What do you like best about Operating?

Operating.in is an amazing user-friendly tool that makes it easy to manage people planning and forecasting of our projects. A very easy tool to create, edit and monitor project progress. Good KPI dashboard to monitor project progress. The user interface is very intuitive and very easy to navigate. But what we love most is how helpful our Reps have been, from the beginning. What do you like best about Operating?

We've been using Operating since December 2023, and it has made a significant difference in our business operations. The implementation was very smooth and the Operating team lead the entire process. The tool is easy to use, and the developers are very responsive. Operating has enhanced our forecasting and team planning by integrating smoothly with HubSpot and Harvest, automating many of our manual tasks. It has allowed our team to plan staffing ahead of time and set goals based on effective hourly rates. It has provided a reliable solution for our forecasting and planning needs - I find myself using it every day.

Before Operating, we managed multiple spreadsheets to track our sales pipeline, project details, and forecast hours, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. Operating connects with HubSpot and Harvest, automatically pulling in data to help us plan the best teams for projects based on current workloads and historical data. What do you dislike about Operating?

Lack of a comments feature means we use Slack for discussions. Data from Harvest and HubSpot requires manual refreshing, which can be overlooked. Ensuring all deals are connected to a Harvest project can be tricky if not careful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Operating?

Operating has been a great fit for us to handle staffing our Professional Services team of 100 people to client projects. It's easy to use and makes planning project timelines and adjusting them on the go very effortless. The tool is also very flexibile, and we can easily see our team's capacity forecast from an individual level to combinations of roles and teams as needed.

We've been able to sync all of our project data via their API so no double input is needed in addition to managing projects in our CRM. The Operating team is also extremely responsive and we always get support very fast if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
