
As a small consultancy we have tried to look for a one-stop software that would cater both our resource planning needs as well as time tracking/project profitability needs. We have just started using the Opearating software as a company and what stands out to me the most so far is its comprehensive features and intuitive user experience. From the moment I started using it, navigating through the features felt natural and easy to use. Most features are logically organized, making it easy to manage our team's resources and track time efficiently. Flexibility of ways how to track different kinds of projects and their subtasks has also been useful for our business. Customer support has also been superb! While I’ve been very satisfied overall, I find that the reporting features could be somewhat more intuitive. At least as a beginner user, accessing and customizing reports sometimes requires extra steps, and a more streamlined approach would make it even easier to get quick, actionable insights. Hopefully there will also be some improvements/new features soon for tracking time per project phase; e.g. being able to compare easily planned hours per project phase vs actual hours.
