As someone always looking for new forms of collaboration software, I was delighted to find Hightail. As expected, the tool has allowed us to form large, global workgroups and more negligible, specialized subgroups. In terms of aesthetics and organization, the interface is impressive. We manage all types of invoices and send them immediately to other organizations. We are delighted to have mastered coordinating secure and efficient warehousing across operations. I've been running a transcription business since 2006. I like to do this with little to no overhead. Hightail allows me to store and transfer large video and audio files for a very small monthly fees. I use it to allow clients to send large files to me and I also use it to schedule out files to transcriptionists. I love the spaces feature. There really isn't anything I dislike. For a while, the phone app (on Android) didn't seem to be working well and that was a real bummer, but I have since then been able to get it to work, so I really have no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy use, on paid plan you can work as a team at a price so little, it's the best for working in big teams. Also, the download and upload speed is great and the free version lets you upload up to 20GB, works on most browsers that I have worked on, and also doesn't fail the Upload/Downloads. I would love to get more storage depending on my needs, also a desktop app would be awesome, better UI interface I think is a crucial work for some users, we love to migrate from WE to Hightail but some clients don't find the interface too friendly.
