What I like best about Onspring is how easy it is to use—everything feels intuitive, organized, and efficient. The platform is always available when I need it, which makes managing processes and data seamless. It’s also incredibly robust, with the flexibility to handle complex workflows without feeling complicated. I especially appreciate the emailing function, which makes communication and notifications effortless. Combined with its automation, reporting, and collaboration capabilities, Onspring is a powerful yet user-friendly solution that just works. While there’s very little I dislike about Onspring, there are a few features I would love to see expanded or enhanced. These are not deal-breakers, but having additional functionality or more customization options in certain areas could make the platform even stronger. What I like most about Onspring is its flexibility and ability to bring key cybersecurity risk management processes into a centralized platform. We use it to manage our risk register, track policy exceptions, and support our cybersecurity steering committee, giving stakeholders better visibility into risk ownership, remediation efforts, and outstanding decisions. The configurable workflows allow us to align the platform with our internal processes rather than forcing the business to adapt to a rigid, one-size-fits-all solution. From a leadership perspective, having this information organized and accessible makes it easier to prioritize risks, drive accountability, and communicate meaningful insights to executive leadership.
