There is not much that I have come across in terms of challenges with the platform as their support and development team is an absolute star in terms of assisting with customised solutions to your problems.

Aside from the team always being accessible and keen to help, I really like the flexibility OneTimePIM offers in allowing users to make individual changes and tailor features to their needs. There seem to be a few bugs in the software. I’ve noticed some features don’t work consistently, things like “select all” not always responding, or the number of products under a user changing when you click in and out.
