"Best PIM Software Ever!"

What do you like best about OneTimePIM?

Where do I even begin with my experience with One Time PIM? After nearly three months of wasted time and thousands of dollars with other companies, my business partner and I were beyond frustrated. None of the previous providers could handle the complexity of our product setup or the sheer volume of our SKUs (over 6,000). Determined to find the right solution, we stayed up all night researching PIM companies until we came across One Time PIM.

We were impressed by the glowing reviews of their software but hesitant, given the empty promises we have received before. However, what set One Time PIM apart was the incredible dedication and passion that Pat and Ed demonstrated. Before we spent a single dollar, they tested the system with 10 of our products to ensure they could meet our needs. No other PIM company we’ve worked with has ever offered this level of service—they typically expect full payment upfront with no guarantees.

But the support didn’t stop there. Once the products were set up, their ongoing assistance has been nothing short of exceptional. Despite the time difference, they answer instantly through their Slack channel and tackle even the most complex challenges with confidence and determination. Not once have we heard, 'This isn’t within our scope.' Instead, they take ownership of the problem, ask for a bit of time (usually brief), and deliver a solution.

Having been burned by PIM companies before, I can confidently say that partnering with One Time PIM has been one of the best decisions for our business. We manage a large number of SKUs, and working with other PIMs in the past was frustrating due to frequent glitches and errors. After nearly a year of using One Time PIM, I can confidently say it's been flawless—no bugs, no errors, no complaints!

Our website setup is quite complex, especially the product specification section, which required custom coding. Other PIM providers deemed this 'out of scope,' forcing us to hire a separate developer. When we raised this issue with One Time PIM, Pat and Ed went above and beyond, creating custom coding that seamlessly pulled data from the PIM to our Shopify store, presenting it in a clean, organized format.

Recently, we faced challenges with duplicate product descriptions, but Pat and Ed once again delivered. They implemented rules in the PIM using advanced AI, which automatically generated unique descriptions for each variant.

"Reasonably easy to learn and very versatile"

What do you like best about OneTimePIM?

Its easy to understand and get used to. I have Been using OneTimePIM for most of this year and I love it!

The way you can create new files with ease is fantastic. End of this year I have been creating so many new items, I can copy infomration over very fast and it hasnt stopped or crashed.

I have never lost any data while using PIM and the safety makes me feel like I can trust it. Still to this day i havent lost any products and or information on PIM.

I have had buisness talks with my team to impliment new rule sets and drop down menues. our contact / advisor has helped us trumendously.

It plays a vital part on how our company is run, we use it everyday and I love it!

The ease of intergration of new rule sets has been a breeze. i really recomend OneTime Pim for organising your data! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"OneTimePIM implementation and continued support"

What do you like best about OneTimePIM?

OneTimePIM is very intuitive and included almost all the functionality we needed from the very beginning at a very competitive price (monthly subscription). Our twice monthly calls ensured that implementation was both smooth and efficient. The important configuration changes and minor development changes that we required have also been provided within short time frames.

We have not found anything unhelpful about OneTimePIM. The only minor "dislike" is that we have to use a workaround (within OneTimePIM) to inform some sales employees of changes to products within the channels they are responsible for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It saves us huge amounts of time when collating product information for marketing and continued sales process purposes, including brochure creation and automated synchronisation with our sales channels.
