OneTimePIM is very intuitive and included almost all the functionality we needed from the very beginning at a very competitive price (monthly subscription). Our twice monthly calls ensured that implementation was both smooth and efficient. The important configuration changes and minor development changes that we required have also been provided within short time frames.

We have not found anything unhelpful about OneTimePIM. The only minor "dislike" is that we have to use a workaround (within OneTimePIM) to inform some sales employees of changes to products within the channels they are responsible for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
