Customer support has also been extremely available and helpful. **What do you dislike about OneTimePIM?** the creation tools need a lot more UX to be user friendly and not feel like you have to be a developer to create a nice looking template. Very limited in design function. Also hard to combine forms when different companies merge into one PIM account. **What problems is OneTimePIM solving and how is that benefiting you?** combining all data for every product we sell into one system for easy lookup and access.
