I’ve tried lots of tools, but none came close to what OneInbox delivers. From day one, I’ve been able to onboard multiple clients onto the platform, and not a single one has had issues with voice quality or latency. That’s rare. The voices sound natural and human, with options by gender and age which matters a lot to me and my clients. What really stands out is how customizable the AI agents are. I’ve built deep integrations tailored to different client use cases, and that’s made a huge difference in the results I deliver. OneInbox gives me the flexibility to create what my clients actually need. The support has also been nothing short of excellent. I’m directly connected with Abhishek, and the level of attention and care I’ve received has been the best I’ve experienced from any platform.
