**What do you like best about OneInbox?**

I run an AI Solutions company, and I’ve been looking to find the best Voice AI product to serve my clients with reliability, flexibility, and quality. I’ve tried lots of tools, but none came close to what OneInbox delivers.

From day one, I’ve been able to onboard multiple clients onto the platform, and not a single one has had issues with voice quality or latency. That’s rare. The voices sound natural and human, with options by gender and age which matters a lot to me and my clients.

What really stands out is how customizable the AI agents are. I’ve built deep integrations tailored to different client use cases, and that’s made a huge difference in the results I deliver. OneInbox gives me the flexibility to create what my clients actually need.

The support has also been nothing short of excellent. I’m directly connected with Abhishek, and the level of attention and care I’ve received has been the best I’ve experienced from any platform. Every question is answered, every issue is addressed fast and thoroughly.

**What do you like best about OneInbox?**

I like how the ai voices feels very natural, where user can manually customize the AI's age and gender and then ai voice deliver the sound in a humanized way possible.

**What do you dislike about OneInbox?**

I like the voice generation and also integrations are very solid, but some important features such as integrating in our tele websites and caller, are under development, if those things would have taken care , then its a perfect go to go AI tool.

**What problems is OneInbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of handing both inbound and outbound calls, all around the clock, in a more humanized way.

**What do you like best about OneInbox?**

The AI Voice Calls are amazing and great for our clients. We are able to program agents and customize them to sound like humans.

**What do you dislike about OneInbox?**

It is still a new startup and not everything is completely built out yet.

**What problems is OneInbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software allows us to answer phone calls for clients using AI. It is a one stop shop and great for no code.
