When investors request information about the condition of the asset, I can, without any delay, present the full history of work orders, predictive maintenance schedules, and costs via the Facility Management dashboard. The business instant messaging feature is also very helpful in quick communication with borrowers as regards to the maintenance issues, thus eliminating the long, lost email chains situation.
