I like how OnBlick HR Compliance reduces manual work by generating the PAF and initiating the I983 for STEM candidates. The electronic signatures make record maintenance easy too. The timesheet management feature is great as it integrates with project details for MSA, making our task smoother. I appreciate the performance reports, which help maintain employee records and track leave and working hours. Once the timesheets are approved, we can evaluate performance based on work done and appreciations, which helps HR during appraisal cycles. Navigation is perfect and completely user-friendly, and the setup was very easy, which adds to the overall seamless experience. I love using all the modules available in OnBlick HR Compliance, like I9, H1B case management, and PAF. I think the best part is their support and excellent knowledge on compliance and immigration-related stuff. As for the tool itself, I really like the I9 and E-Verify integration. Completing the I9 with remote verification using live video call is very helpful for verification. The integration with E-Verify webservices reduces manual work and makes onboarding easy.
