I really like that OnBlick HR Compliance is user-friendly, allowing us to navigate through the system with minimal guidance. The support system is very good too, as they assist us with all queries we have. Setting up OnBlick is easy, and from the day of subscription, we have access to onboard candidates seamlessly. As an HR Manager, I mostly use OnBlick for completing I-9 with LVV, generating Public Access Files (PAFs), and creating invoices once timesheets are submitted. These features help me manage daily compliance and payroll tasks efficiently. The alert feature is also very useful, as it notifies me in advance when any work authorization is about to expire.
