I appreciate OnBlick HR Compliance for its support in maintaining compliance by completing I-9s electronically and managing Form I-983s for Stem OPT candidates. It's great for keeping up with data management and making sure tasks are completed on time, thanks to the timely alerts. The system is very helpful for companies to maintain records according to USCIS guidelines with features like I-9, I-983, and PAFs being particularly valuable. Rohit was very helpful in getting us set up and walking us through the features. Once you get the hang of it, the software is easy to use and has really streamlined our onboarding process. The dashboard is user friendly, and gives our HR team all the info they need. We've had a smooth experience with I-9s, and we’re especially impressed with how the completed I-9, supporting docs, audit trail, and eVerify results—all in one place.
