Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate the different offerings to know what is included in "packages" and what are bolt-ons. There is a cost involved. The ability to streamline processes from ingesting emails, to auto indexing documents, and then passing necessary documents into a workflow for users to act on. OnBase can go great things when configured correctly. I've seen so many processes streamlined and optimized and how much it helps workers.
