Hi G2 community, which Sage 100 partners are most trusted by mid-market companies based on user reviews? I filtered the supplied review set to companies with 51–1,000 employees and looked for repeated signals around responsiveness, expertise, reliability, and long-term support.

The strongest mid-market review patterns were:

Blytheco, 4.97/5 across 18 mid-market reviews: Users repeatedly mention knowledgeable consultants, quick support, successful upgrades, and long-term Sage expertise.

ETHOSystems, 5.0/5 across 8 reviews: Mid-market reviewers highlight accessible support, easy scheduling, knowledgeable staff, and practical help using Sage more effectively.

MicroAccounting, 4.81/5 across 8 reviews: Reviewers value long-term relationships, familiarity with their business, Sage upgrade expertise, and support tailored to the customer’s skill level.

Net at Work, 4.67/5 across 3 reviews: Mid-market users praise responsiveness, Sage expertise, project support, and practical recommendations, although one reviewer notes that scheduling can sometimes be affected by resource availability.

Blytheco has the deepest mid-market review base in the supplied data, while ETHOSystems and MicroAccounting also show consistently positive feedback from companies in this size range. Net at Work has fewer matching reviews, but the trust themes are similar.

For mid-market Sage 100 users, what makes you stay with a reseller long term: fast support, consultants who understand your business, dependable project delivery, or access to a deeper technical team when something complex comes up?

Long-term trust with a Sage partner probably gets tested most during upgrades and unusual problems, not routine support. I’d want to know whether the consultant who understands your configuration stays involved over time or whether every new ticket starts with someone relearning the environment. Continuity of expertise can matter as much as response speed.
