This cross-device targeting allows me to adjust my campaigns rather easily and be able to reach the same user on their phone, computer, or even their television. **What do you dislike about OnAudience Graph?** OnAudience Graph’s is rather counter-intuitive when it comes to trying to compare the efficacy of a campaign across different devices. Understanding the user in the context of an individual campaign or journey would be immensely useful for improving efforts. **What problems is OnAudience Graph solving and how is that benefiting you?** With OnAudience Graph I am able to build very detailed and granular audiences by selecting from basic demographic data, interests and behaviors. It's convenient, easy to use, moreover it is online. So, I can use it anywhere, anyplace. Plus it has an app version too! **What do you dislike about OnAudience Graph?** To be very honest, I didn't find one after using. I have to repeatedly use it for my homeworks and data. If I found it convenient, then maybe it doesn't have any issues. **What problems is OnAudience Graph solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its online availabilities, an app version, then its own data, most importantly, it makes graphs in the blink of an eye and the way I want.
