It simplifies remote onboarding by handling all compliance, tax, and HR complexities, which gives me peace of mind to focus on my role from day one. The platform offers clear steps to ensure I have everything set up, plus their dedicated support team adds a human touch and makes it easier to address specific questions that may come up. Omnipresent step-by-step approach for onboarding made it easy to provide the necessary documents and get my contract and benefits set up quickly. Their platform also tracks everything from initial onboarding to ongoing payroll and benefits updates, so I never feel left in the dark about any employment requirements. The thing I dislike about omnipresent is that in my particular case, working for an international company under the employment of a local one with omniresent as an intermediary, I need to access 3 different sites to manage my affairs.
