What do you like best about Omnipresent?

My experience with Omnipresent has been great. It took less than a month to implement their services and transition from our previous vendor and their customer service is exceptional when it comes to on-boarding new employees. We had issues with our previous vendor when it came to calculating the total cost for the employee as we expected the annual gross salary to include all additional payments but it wasn’t the case and with Omnipresent, we had to use this feature several times and a representative always explained to us all the different details and requirements needed for each country and they would help us adjust our costs before on-boarding new employees. What do you dislike about Omnipresent?

Their billing system was a work-in-progress for the first few months but they kept on improving their platform until it was easy to use from a client perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Omnipresent enabled us to find a solution to our business critical need when an employee requested to work overseas.

The platform is easy to use and there is always help available with any queries.

One of the best things about the Omnipresent system is its user-friendly, centralised platform that brings all aspects of global employment into one place. The dashboard is set up to give a clear, real-time overview of each employee's onboarding status, payroll, compliance, and benefits, making it much easier for me and managers to track everything across different countries. Instead of juggling multiple tools or platforms, users can rely on Omnipresent as a single source of truth for their international workforce.
