Import-Omatic provides seamless integration with Raiser's Edge. It makes imports a dream to execute and data sharing simple to do. There is a flexiblity in their process that allows for organizations, especially non profits, to learn as they go. Such facility is often not part of any software integration process. So far, we have not discovered a dislike for this product. Import-Omatic is a lovely product to enhance my company's productivity. So, no dislikes in the 20+ years that I have used the product. Now, I have had some difficulties with our customer service aspect. Timely returns for inquires has not always been timely or consistent. This company grew fast and, due to the incredible need by other Raiser's Edge users to have an interface that simplied an overly tedious process, it was an immediate consumable. Onboarding required quite an investment of time and resources, but we're very grateful that we worked with Amy Barker who was very knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process. For the most part, it was the time it took to create profiles and map fields. I do understand that it was necessary work that had to happen in order to setup the system but I remember it being taxing when we had to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Omatic Cloud makes it easy to monitor what is happening with the data flows in real time, but it works well enough that once you have everything set up properly, you don't really need to do much monitoring at all. It is also very easy to tweak data points or set up entirely new data flows, these can be done and live in minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A few UI quirks, and I would like more flexibility to handle classes of data, such as automatically deleting data that has a 1:1 match in the destination system in order to isolate a flow for only new data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Imports all fields in one pass instead of having to do multiple passes in Raiser's Edge to import data. Also, Raiser's Edge requires an Import ID field generated in RE to update existing constituent records. Import-o-Matic doesn't require an Import ID which makes the importing process easier and less complicated. Most of the fields in Raiser's Edge database are available to import data and that is nice. Customer Service is helpful when assistance is needed by online ticket or email. One of my favorite features is the Virtual Fields allowing to keep the number of columns in the import spreadsheet to a minimum by defaulting fields that have the same exact data for all records. The resource is straightforward to understand in terms of building-out mapping to meet the needs of your particular instance. A friendly team of support rapidly resolves any issues that may arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Error messages do not point the end-user to solutions. Lack of linked-help articles is a challenge as a non-profit may not have the budget to have a developer on-site. So a novice to intermediate data manager cannot resolve the matter in-house (unless they have extensive knowledge).
