
We use OfficeRnD on a daily basis, and it makes our lives much easier. It is essential for tracking our clients' memberships and payments.
Management of meeting room bookings is crucial for our coworking space, and OfficeRnD does a great job at that. However, we do not have an integrated payment gateway, so we are unable to use OfficeRnD to its full potential. That said, the features we are using are more than enough for the price we pay. There are several things that might need a little refinement. For example, we need to create an invoice for every transaction, even if paid in cash. It would be much easier if we could create an invoice that is already marked as paid, removing one more step from our flow.
Additionally, it would be more convenient if we could automatically generate an invoice when creating a new order. For example, if we have a one-day pass client who has already paid, we still need to create an invoice for the transaction. It would be nice if we could mark it as paid while ensuring the invoice is still created.
