What I like best about OfficeRnD Flex is having everything in one place. It brings together member management, bookings, invoicing, contracts and the customer portal, which reduces manual admin and makes it much easier to manage the day-to-day operation of multiple sites. One area that could be improved is usability in some of the more complex settings. Features such as integrations, invoicing rules and configuration can take a little time to get familiar with. There are a lot of features included, so it feels like you can really tailor it to suit your space well. For example we've been able to add our own personal space features such as 'Dog in the space' where members can book in their dogs to bring them to work for the day.

The AI instant chat is very helpful. It provides very detailed answers to help you work through any problems you may have. When it was unable to, it linked me with an agent who went on to send screen recorded instructions to help to solve an issue, which really sped up the process. I think some elements are not that self explanatory or easy to get to grips with. Some elements, such as editing/correcting invoicing errors seem quite long-winded and more complicated, compared to other platforms I have used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As the admin, i like the dashboard and how i can set it up to display all the information i need to see without having to go into the different sections.

The Membership section is great for managing the tenants that are coming and going.

The support is tough as it is on the otherside of the world. It does take sometime to get things sorted out.

What really stands out to me about OfficeRND is the customer support. The system itself is user-friendly, but whenever I get stuck or feel unsure if I’m doing something correctly, I reach out to their support team and they’re always responsive and ready to help. For the coworking space I managed, it was an easy way to manage and track all the memberships. It was somewhat easy to break out by different pricing tiers, set up room bookings and events through, and I could also communicate with members. I wish there was an ability to track and host more robust events. The event feature felt somewhat half baked and incomplete. I couldn't have recurring events, I had to manually set them up each time. I find OfficeRnD Flex to be incredibly powerful, offering a comprehensive suite of tools that essentially facilitates the management of billing-related tasks for our private offices, team rooms, memberships, and even conference room calendars. Its extensive capabilities, while sometimes complex, are complemented by very responsive customer support, which helps to resolve any issues efficiently. The invoicing and contracts features are particularly valuable and frequently used by our team. Additionally, I appreciate its seamless integration with other tools like Quickbooks, Stripe, and eZeep, which enhances our workflow. Some of the features are confusing to use. We have had complaints about people being enrolled in autopay when they did not manually enroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OfficeRnD has a lot of competition for coworking space and meeting reservation management, but the ease of use and the ease of integrating through third parties to add utility can't be matched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
