What really stands out to me about OfficeRND is the customer support. The system itself is user-friendly, but whenever I get stuck or feel unsure if I’m doing something correctly, I reach out to their support team and they’re always responsive and ready to help.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?**

The ledgers or the absence of them. Invoices can get a little confusing.  There is no Notes section, there is comments tab and that is what I use to log any communications

**What problems is OfficeRnD Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When changing, adding or deleting information, prices etc.

OfficeRND Flex is easy to navigate and very intuitive. It helps our team stay organized and up to date when charging memberships and booking out meeting rooms.
OfficeRND helps us track visitors and guests with their new visitor hub. We have really enjoyed implementing their new features. 
Their customer support is top notch! They answer all requests and questions within the same day and are always looking to find solutions.

We wish OfficeRND connected with Square to make it efficient and seamless when charging members for additional costs.

**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Flex?**

For the coworking space I managed, it was an easy way to manage and track all the memberships. It was somewhat easy to break out by different pricing tiers, set up room bookings and events through, and I could also communicate with members. It was also great that it could integrate with a host of other space and management tools.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?**

I wish there was an ability to track and host more robust events. The event feature felt somewhat half baked and incomplete. I couldn't have recurring events, I had to manually set them up each time. I wouldn't be able to share to members and have comments on the event page or see who was coming.

Easier management of the space and people.

I find OfficeRnD Flex to be incredibly powerful, offering a comprehensive suite of tools that essentially facilitates the management of billing-related tasks for our private offices, team rooms, memberships, and even conference room calendars. Its extensive capabilities, while sometimes complex, are complemented by very responsive customer support, which helps to resolve any issues efficiently. The invoicing and contracts features are particularly valuable and frequently used by our team. Additionally, I appreciate its seamless integration with other tools like Quickbooks, Stripe, and eZeep, which enhances our workflow. Furthermore, the initial setup, though it took a few days, was not overly difficult, adding to the overall positive experience with the software.

Some of the features are confusing to use. We have had complaints about people being enrolled in autopay when they did not manually enroll.

OfficeRnD has a lot of competition for coworking space and meeting reservation management, but the ease of use and the ease of integrating through third parties to add utility can't be matched.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?**

There are a few features that we'd prefer were built into the software so we wouldn't have to integrate through third parties, but this is a minor issue and doesn't compromise overall utility.

OfficeRnD is our one stop shop for overall operation for the company to be a self-serve product. Provides onboarding, membership dues payments, meeting reservation calendar and more.

Being able to move our operation from my head/paper to ORND was the best thing we've done for the business. Room bookings for 7 spaces in the calendar, all our leases in one place, and frictionless purchase flows have enabled our customers to come back again and again.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?**

It seems like customer support is harder to get in touch with than it used to be. When we were learning the system it was invaluable to have someone a chat message away.

**What problems is OfficeRnD Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated billing saves tons of time. Easily accessible room hire bookings through the portal allow for more frequent repeat bookings. Customers feel like it's their space to book whenever they need it. Data Hub lets us drill down into numbers to gain better insights into all kinds of things. Being able to report revenue with breakdowns and forecast with good evidence supports my decisions when presenting to our executive team and trustees.

I have really enjoyed the AI tool for quick lookups of questions. All of the integrations are extremely helpful, and the catering function helps us manage our multiple orders and reservations. The onboarding process was easy thanks to the phenomenal onboarding team.

Some areas for improvement include the inter-office communication.

Integrating Office RND into our website has been extremely easy, Caleb our onboarding rep did a fantastic job of helping us upload content and walk me through each step. The additional online and PDF resources give me the confidence I need to manage and maintain the tool, as well as train others on my team.

At this point, I don't have anything to critique, I am happy with the service and tool functionality.

**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Flex?**

We use OfficeRnD on a daily basis, and it makes our lives much easier. It is essential for tracking our clients' memberships and payments.

Management of meeting room bookings is crucial for our coworking space, and OfficeRnD does a great job at that. However, we do not have an integrated payment gateway, so we are unable to use OfficeRnD to its full potential. That said, the features we are using are more than enough for the price we pay.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?**

There are several things that might need a little refinement. For example, we need to create an invoice for every transaction, even if paid in cash. It would be much easier if we could create an invoice that is already marked as paid, removing one more step from our flow.

Additionally, it would be more convenient if we could automatically generate an invoice when creating a new order. For example, if we have a one-day pass client who has already paid, we still need to create an invoice for the transaction. It would be nice if we could mark it as paid while ensuring the invoice is still created.

Also, some of the features on a page with widgets are not working properly.

OfficeRnD Flex helps us streamline client membership and payment tracking, making daily operations more efficient. It also simplifies meeting room bookings.

OfficeRnD provides an all in one platform even for our rural co-working space. It gives us the ability to have one software to manage invoicing, track memberships, hotdesk and board room bookings and an online platform for our members. They also have awesome customer service, our experience has been great from our sales calls to onboarding.

It does take some time to get used to the backend, but the support team has been very helpful.

We can let our members manage their own bookings with hot desks and board rooms.

This is a powerful, integrated system.  It always for comprehensive management of our coworking environment.  We signed up for the premium onboarding assistance.  It was worth every penny.  One of the reasons that we chose this system was the variety of integrations with other platforms.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?**

This is a great system, but complex.  Having personal onboarding is the only way to go.  It would be helpful to have a search feature to assist navigating the system.  There are several points in the system for touching certain items and it is difficult to find the areas that you touch infrequently.  We also have the private branded app.  Not certain yet if it was worth the investment.  I think it should be at a lower price point for certain.

The customization that allow us to set the products and branding according to our business needs. The support is also quick and efficient, ad also that the platform keeps improving and getting better at a cost-effective for our business .

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?**

When the roadmap of OfficeRnD doesn't take in account our priorities, for example having discounts on goods, or applicable for members on the portal. Optimize The Welcome Email of members so they can receie a different Welcome Email based on their membership. Having custom fields reports for Opportunities so we can see sales per sales team.

Combining multiple tools to handle the business, from invoicing, booking portal, food & beverage sales, good reporting, reminders automation on debt collection, stripe payment integration, salto door handling integration and google calendar.

My onboarding and customer service expirence has been amazing so far.  Any questions I have get answered right away, or are easily searchable.  All of the software has been easy to use and integrate into our space.  Office Rnd definately keeps things organzied and even easy on the members end.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?**

Sometimes Office Rnd with run and update or make a change and I'm not fully prepared for it or don't realize it's coming.  So maybe a more efficient way to communicate that.

**What problems is OfficeRnD Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Office Rnd helps track our meeting room/flex office booking times and analytics really well.  It also helps keep our calender's organzied.  Office Rnd helps so that I can be as hands off/on as I chose to be , creating an automated process for our business model.

Perhaps that the messaging functionality is a little basic and could do with being more versatile.

It is a great way to manage our members, create their membership plans and invoice them.
The meeting room booking calendar is a great feature for our website, so both external contacts and members can easily see when a room is available and book it.

**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Flex?**

The intergrations are great, it makes billing really easy and training new staff to use the system is pretty easy. Bookings and the calndar are really good for members and non members. Most of all, I like that things are constantly evolving, getting regular updates about changes has been really usful.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?**

Recently I had an issue with the hubspot intergration but this was actually updated which was great. The issue I have at the moment is the reporting from anaytics. There are multiple reports which on the face of it, seem to be reproting on the same thing but in different ways. The issue is that they're all reporting slighty differnt numbers for the month and I can't figure out why and what the difference is between them. I've emailed support but I've not had a repsonse yet. The main issue I would say is having a good explination for what each report is showing specifically.

**What problems is OfficeRnD Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating our CRM (hubspot) has been really usful for our sales team and site team and makes onboarding new contacts really easy. So many of the automated features are great and loosing that would make our jobs 10x longer for almost everything. Having members sync with things like ezeep and xero means onboarding can be done once and not need 5 other steps.

**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Flex?**

It is a full fledge solution to run a serviced office, from the onboarding, to billing, to managing your meetingrooms. In a later stadium we added the digital Salto locks as well, and made our meetingrooms public, so people can easily book them. The customer support is good, user friendly, but also technical enhanced, they can dive deep if needed. We use OfficeRND and the managementinformation every day, the reports are detailed and give a centre manager overview, but also building owners if needed. All integrations are great.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?**

Software is nothing without implementation. Mostly if we had problems with OfficeRND, this was about 'ourselves/the organization' and we had not made clear choices. So they are a mirror so to say. I wish when an invoice is raised you would have an option to apply customer credit to that invoice.  This also goes when customers are booking online, I wish they could choose to use their credit.  We keep a Google Sheet of all credits that need to be applied to invoices.  This is not a great way to handle customer credit!

**What do you like best about OfficeRnD Flex?**

We had a small shared space location, and for our new, big project we decided to move away from our current solution. We're suprised that the more cost-effective OfficeRnd Flex proved to be the better choice. 
- For "normal" users, it's possible to use it for most of the (digital) value chain (from contacts over prospects to monthly facturation).
- For us, we've implemented a whole system using the API to connected it with our parking solution. Having an extra page showing up in the app. The API documentation is really top notch.
- The ability do add custom variables is very nice.
- Implementation took a while, because we still had to make a lot of decisions. And still do, but we decided to start with some features disabled.
- Customer support is fast.
- New updates actually add quality of life improvement and usefull features.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?**

- Having that many features was a bit daunting at first.
- We have a few customisation requests in the pipeline. Since OfficeRnd focuses on 1 stable version for al it's clients, customisation is not a thing (we were used to that with our previous solution). In itself, it's laudable, but for our special new project with all the big API integrations we did, waiting on those new features is hard. To be honest, the communication about this is good, so not really something to complain about.
- Because of our complex project, I've had to setup things in a non-standard way. E.g. every meeting room is so different, that I have to set up a separate pricing model. Again, largely our fault, doing a crazy project, but optimisations are possible.

I don't know if there is one thing I like the most.  The online portal and app are a great UX for users, and the admin side is very user-friendly as well. Office RnD support is always super knowledgeable and responsive.

The system can sometimes be glitchy, but not nearly as bad as other solutions we've used.  Also, we would like a more comprehensive event piece to the platform, but that is more of a want specific to our business and not really a dislike.

My major complaint is the capabilities for messaging. OfficeRND offers an app and member portal which looks great graphically but the limited functionality lies in the messaging component. I like that you are able to customize your floor plans to reflect your physical space. I also appreciate that OfficeRnD allows us to set when we want to be notified when our spaces are "Available soon" so we know when to reach out to our members to inquire about renewal.

Something that has been a roadblock for my team and I has been meeting room bookings for members versus non-members. We have different pricing and availability for our members than for non-members. Right now, OfficeRnD cannot differentiate between a member and non-members, so we have to block off sections on our meeting rooms calendar to ensure that non-members do not book meeting rooms after business hours. This is inconvenient for our members because they cannot book on their own for an after-hours meeting but instead have to have one of our staff book for them.

The "Step" feature in the contract section of OfficeRND has been a game changer. We had a member switching to one of our other locations and the new contract entailed a pricing increase halfway through the agreement. We would have paid six figures to build a similar program for our business. In fact, in the past, we did build our own system, but paying developers to update the program every time we added a new location or amenity was not scalable. ORND provided a cost-effective solution that fits every facet of our business model. Not only that, they offer a dedicated team and support staff to ensure your system is working as it should. They listen to ideas from their clients as it relates to product updates (which is extremely rare). We are grateful for our partnership, and I can say with certainty that we would not be able to grow at the rate we are planning to without ORND.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?**

The system is designed to function with "company" being the primary name on an account as opposed to the "member". We are a very "people first" organization, so at times our team members will know the person's name, but not be familiar with the company name. The only time this becomes an issues is within the booking system, and it is only a brief inconvenience.

There is no way we could have scaled our business to 8 locations without ORND. Typically we were spending $25k for coding when rewriting our website for each workplace we opened. It allows us to manage every single aspect of our business - booking rooms, managing memberships, selling offices and sending agreements.

ORND allows me to make bookings on the spot; I appreciate its speed and straightforwardness. The system also organizes the different companies/memberships well.

There are other systems we utilize for large room bookings and data analysis. It would be nice if ORND had a direct line to all of our systems, but I understand that's a big ask. I wish ORND could connect to Square, the payment system we use for our coffee bar.

I think the user interface is straightforward to navigate for staff that may not be in ORND as much as I am, but they can still perform basic tasks.

Sometimes there are complexities with deleteing guest-created bookings, making things quite challenging when trying to have an accurate calendar reflection as we can not easily create a new booking over them even if they are not coming or simply change the date of their booking.

OfficeRnD is an amazing platform made specifically for coworking and flex office spaces. What we at TLR Coworking appreciate most is the easy to use interface, which requires minimum training efforts for new staff, and the super star customer service, which is both fast and personal. If you couple the usage of OfficeRnD with Zapier as an automation platform you get even more out of it by streamlining all the tools you use to manage your space and keep your data in sync. Both beneficial for your space, your staff and your members.

**What do you dislike about OfficeRnD Flex?**

Hard to say, to be honest. Maybe, but only maybe, OfficeRnD by now has gotten to a whole new level after all the funding they got and by becoming a bigger company, they of course need to prioritise their development efforts. So if you are missing a functionality, you gotta be patient for enough customers to request the same feature for it to be developed. But as said, given all the upsides, this is really just a minor disadvantage.

We used to have all our data flying around in Google Sheets, a separate invoicing system, Google calendars for meeting room bookings and the like. With OfficeRnD we could combine all data into one system, streamline our processes and even start automating them by integrating OfficeRnD with all other apps we use via the integration platform Zapier.
