What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a 100% hybrid work place setting, with no fixed office days. As 90% of our desks are shared ones, Officely helps us with the adminstration. Plus it is super nice to see who is coming to the office on the same day as you are. We also plan the attendance of our office dogs, so that it is not all too crowded with our furry co-workers. What do you like best about Officely?

We struggle to get people to actively sign into the office. I am unaware of any automation features which prompts people to book their desks at the very start of the week but this would be great to keep people mindful of the tool and actively engaging with it. Being able to see who is in well in advance, I can change the day I plan to attend to ensure that peers I need to work with are there!

Simple user interface, can book in with one click and get updates about who else is attending on the same days.

The 'office chat' feature is useful to make an annoucement to only relevant people and not create unnecesary noise for people WFH. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Officely?

Backend/admin side can be confusing to access the settings you need; deactivated Slack users still show in recurring bookings.

In offices where neighbourhoods are set up as individual desks, it can be laborious to scroll through 20,30,40 names to see who's in - would be good to have an updated interface for this using the width of the window or - even better - an interactive floorplan feature.
