For me, as a business tool, I would prefer the tone/experience to be a bit more neutral. **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Monitoring and ensuring that there is always someone in the office. ### 2. Surfacing these as part of the automated messages would be better for feature discovery in this area. **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Visibility over who else is attending the office / client site when you are. ### 3. It's fine **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022 **What do you like best about Officely?** Useful to be able to integrate with slack and manage through there **What do you dislike about Officely?** Inflexible, can't update for someone else, for example remove someone if they are sick, book a spot for a new starter who hasn't been onboarded yet, or have a support teams manage for their execs **What problems is Officely solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inefficiency of using a google sheet that couldn't be integrated with other platforms to manage this **Official Response from Kristina Semcenko:** > Hey, thanks so much for sharing your feedback on Officely! 🤗 Appreciate you taking your time. Maybe we didn't do a good job showing this but you can actually adjust the bookings for someone else (if you're the admin of Officely). You can do this by clicking on view more next to the given day > scrolling down and clicking on manage attendees. More than happy to hop on a quick call to walk you through if that's helpful. We recommend creating a guest account which will allow you to reserve a spot whenever you have someone visiting or onboarding. Alternatively, you can always invite them as a single-channel guest and book them a seat. Lastly, you can have as many admins as you wish, so if you'd like some support teams to manage bookings for their execs this can easily be done if you add them as an admin to Officely. It's not a bad system, I just don't think it works for us at this level now since we moved to a bigger office. It might be working for other geographies though, so I am by no means the spokesperson for this company.
