Officely makes it easy for us to know who is in the office and when. Being able to schedule out in advance is super helpful, especially when we have teams flying into the office woh can reserve a space a head of time to reduce maxing out our limited desk space. Having Officely integrated with Slack makes it extremely easy for anyone to use and reduces the burden of needing to login to another website or download another app like other competetors we have tried in the past. Implementing Officely was super easy - easy to setup, easy to maintain, and easy for folks to navigate and understand with little to no training. I have also been impressed with the responsiveness of the customer support team. We have had a few glitches pop up, but the support team has always been responsive and quick to resolve the issues that do pop up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally we have run into a few glitches with the daily auto post announcments but the support team has been quick to resolve this when the issue does pop up. Another thing that I would say is a downside is that even though Offiely does offer a feature for employees to opt into lunch, it isn't a feature I find very helpful since there is no way for folks to select or submit their lunch preferences and dietary resticitons. It would be nice to have a polling feature - we currently use another integration for polls that we use to facilitate our lunch selections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can see who is coming into the office each day so that I can make plans like arranging a team lunch or after work drinks to help build on our office culture! I check my app every morning when walking to work, which motivates me to go to the office and see the team in-person. The way it can be easily integrated into Slack offers a native way for me and my colleagues to schedule workplaces. It's easy to check for the office plans and which team members will show up in the office, we easily implemented the office floor plan, and use it daily to see who will visit the office.
